Good bones, but getting run down.
Decent layout, can be a little penal if you don’t know the course. It has potential to be a very nice course, but needs to be taken care of. Golf carts are some of the worst around. Worth playing once but not likely to go back soon.
Hidden Gem, Great layout, great conditions
Played on a Thursday at 12pm with a hot deal coupon for only $34! Well kept course conditions, undulating greens, elevaton changes, challenging tree-lined fairways...and barely a soul in sight which allowed us to finish in less than 4 hours. Looking forward to returning and taking on that par 5 17th with the approach over the lake [got me for a triple].
Surprising layout
Loved the condition and layout. Some very interesting holes. Not excessively long
Played it once before, but forgotten how nice some of the holes are.
Pass on it
Great staff but that’s about it . Low key vibe Not terrible for the price. The hoa gate makes you feel like a criminal.
Let’s work on those tee boxes !
Love this course
Found this hidden gem a few years ago for a birthday round. Such a peaceful environment.
Hidden Gem in Western Lake County
Very surprised about how well the greens were being kept up. Fairways in very good shape also. I played here a few years ago and the course was in much worse shape. Looks like Completely different course.
Trying to come back
Course needs so tender care but the owner is trying making a few repairs to the course. Don’t get me wrong, there is a lot to fix. Traps are basically cement at this point and tee boxes are rounded or uneven but greens are better then average and layout is fun to play He has just reopened the bar for Friday and Saturday . He has a nice piece of property so we will see if improvements continue .
Quick round of golf
Used to be a member here. So sad what has happened to this club. The course is still in great condition. But the clubhouse and customer service piece is gone.
Improvements
If sand was added to the traps the course would be excellent.
Not so great
The course is okder. Nice greens bit golf carts are old. Not clean. Restaurant not open for years. Hope you like hotdogs and brats. Needs some TLC or better management.

It used to be a fabulous golf course. Current owner has run it into the ground. Course conditions aren't anywhere close to what they were eight years ago. It's such a shame!
