Great experience. Friendly people. Will play again soon
LBS
This review might be slightly biased in that I’m still living in the past reminiscing of what this course used to be. Today you pay through a drive thru window where you’re greeted by high school kids in t-shirts, you’ll grab a scorecard that’s a photo copy of an original, and jump in a cart that drives like a shopping cart with a wonky wheel. Once on the course you’ll enjoy the layout. It’s not long and is very much a target golf course, I used a driver on one hole (Hole 4). The greens still roll well although they’re a little damaged due to player’s neglect and long thick rough and tree lined fairways can penalize an errant tee shot, the bunkers are comparable to most public course bunkers these days that resemble a quarry. Pace of play was great, I walked 18-Holes as a pair and finished in under 4hrs. If you’re big on course amenities bring a cooler there is no cart girl, sometimes the snack stand isn’t open, and for after round beers bring a camping chair and BYOB it in the parking lot. Don’t get me a wrong the course is fun and worth the GolfNow price I’m just saddened by what it’s reverted to over the years.
Lbs
Course was in great shape: tes, greens, fairways. Locker room was clean. No bar, no snack shop, no restaurant open.
Semi private course
If you have a chance to play LBS take it. This private club is uncrowded and pace of play is whatever you like. There are many hills which only adds to it's attraction.
New Owner !
This is one of my favorites in this area, and definitely the best value for the price. The course is well maintained and even with lots of rain lately, is in great conditions. The lady, I assumed she’s the new owner, was super nice and friendly.
Complete garbage
On the first nice weekend in April we booked this venue to go play with the three of us as a family. At the very last minute I got a phone call letting me know that my reservation has been canceled. But of course I didn’t get the message until I actually arrived at facility in a gated community where I was being told to leave if I’m not a member. apparently these numb nuts got themselves onto golf now and open themselves up to the public when in fact they are a private course. Complete waste of time complete waste of the day. Would never go back there again even if I do become a member.
Hi
The issue you are describing has been resolved. We want to offer you a $20 round with cart to people who got denied access by the security gate by the end of June.
The greens are too soft and extremely slow, and this club has zero amenities.
