Enjoyable Course
It's not too challenging of a course but very fun to play. Most holes are fairly straight, not a lot of water or forests, but a decent amount of sand traps.
Thank you for your review! We will pass along your positive experience to our team at Bloomingdale Golf Club. We look forward to seeing you again soon.

Fun time
Pace of play was good but got slowed on the back nine. Mostly a result of inexperienced players.

I haven't played here in many years. It was good to return and I like that water comes into play on only 3 holes!

Improved Greens & Bunkers
Tee time: 12:15pm on a Saturday ($46) [hot deal]
First time I have played Bloomingdale in almost 2 years. I was thoroughly pleased with the greens & the bunkers this time around. Greens were quick... and the sand was clearly cared for. It’s a solid 3.75 stars in my book. A few short, drivable par 4’s and 5’s give you the chance to shoot low. Keep it in the fairway to avoid the mature trees and you’ll have a nice round!

Pleasure to play here
The course is in great shape. Some challenges with numerous bunkers and trees but if you can hit the ball reasonably straight then the challenges are not insurmountable. The starter was very friendly and was doing an excellent job of getting people off on time. We had minimal hold ups out on the course too. Nice balcony for a beer afterwards. We'll be back.

Slow Play
Unfortunately, we booked a threesome and the course added a fourth. He was a young man who thought he was Dustin Johnson. He played extremely slow and not well. He hit from the blue tees and had no idea where his drives were going. We usually play in less than four hours, but today it was a five hour round. Not much fun!
