First time playing at Cary
Overall, good golf course to play. Not too challenging as long as you can keep ball in play and hitting the ball
in the rough does not put you out of play. For those who don’t hit with a lot of power, the Par 3’s can be a bit challenging as they play a bit long (3 of the 4 play 165+). I would definitely recommend it to anyone who is not a consistent striker and does not want a challenging golf course.

General course experience!
Well once again will another CCC review. It seems that every time I play this course I have more to comment about. The only problem that I have seen is that every time I play a CCC the course is in better and better shape. I feel CCC is going the extra yard to make this course the best in it's class. I have been going to CCC for the past few years and must say GREAT JOB for the excellent work that is put into this course. I heard that some golfer are not happy with the traps but I must say they are better then more than most I have seen, I am sure they will be taking care of this too to make them better then the competition.
Last but not least you have Andy he is full of knowledge and has been playing golf for a number of years. Andy is just a all around great person. Stop by the pro shop and you will see for yourself. Cary CC thanks again for making this place a great place to play again.

Nice course, good value
I hadn’t played here on about 30 years and had forgotten all the elevation changes.The course was in good shape, especially with the challenging weather we have had. Good value for the money.

Older course layout
Course in good condition. Teeboxes and green could have used a trimming but not really an issue. Older course design. No real challenge holes. Many of the teeboxes seemed to be in range of being hit from other teeboxes. Heard many "Fores" today. Probably won't play again when I could play Redtail or Foxford Hills nearby.

General condition of play.
The course was in the best condition I've ever seen I've played here for the last 3 years. Excellent job of maintaining the course.

Beautiful Course
I played this course on a womb yesterday after I got a half day from work. I was not disappointed. Absolutely beautiful course tucked away along the Fox river. Yes, some of the fairways had burn marks from the recent heat wave but that is what it is, greens were great and played wonderful. Pace was a little fast for my liking, we were following a threesome and had a twosome on our rear end most of the time. No cart girl. I think that’s probably due to Covid. Will definitely play again.

Because of the heat wave, and the fact that I don't think they water like they should, most fairways hard with burnt grass.
