Course is very challenging elevated greens, tea boxes need a little work though

Improved greens and traps
The course has improved in the last 12 months. The fairways are in better shape. The greens are rolling good, and are healthy. Also, most traps are improved with sand in them. Makes it a pleasure to play there again.

No management
Booked tee time on line, arrived 25 minutes early. Waited on pro shop for manager from bar to check in, was told to tee off when ready as a twosome. Send other twosomes tee off then foursome at our tee time. It was obvious they were just collecting green fees and didn’t care about pairing .up twosomes which lead to slow play. Compound this by having no masked required I. Clubhouse no ranger on course and player dragging their spikes around the greens which where in good shape despite the abuse. Take your chances using the ball washers and pulling the pin and finding a known clean golf cart. They also seem to have a problem with their sprinkler system as I seen broken lines with mud puddles next to scorched fairways. Real golfer fix their ball marks and are ready to play their shot or putt. It is what it is, slow play on a short course.
Improved greens
This course has improved in the past year. The fairways are in better shape, and the greens are much better than they used to be, they're greener and rolling better. Also, noticed sand in the traps, when they used to be just dirt.

Great Course, close to home
I've always loved the course. but haven't been there in a while. Remembered all the reasons this has been one of my favorites. Pleasant weather, a bit hot, but very nice pace of play.
