Otter Creek Golf Course - North/West

Start to finish absolutely great. Golf courses fantastic, courteous staff, excellent golf atmosphere. We played all 3 nine hole courses; original courses North & West are very challenging & a slightly more forgiving than the links style East (bring balls because you can definitely lose them on this one since there's more water in play). Put this one on your play rotation! You won't be disappointed especially at some of the Golf Now hot deals.

The rates are steep, but I got a golfnow hot deal so price was not an issue. At full rate, the course is awesome. Because of the distance, I don't get to play there as much as I would like. Again, Golfnow and the hot deal made it very affordable.

One of Indiana's greatest public courses. Challenging round on a course that is in incredible shape. Keep up the good work Otter Creek!

Booked an incredible deal through GolfNow of almost 50%. I've been wanting to play this course, but the location and price has prevented me before. I arrived early and had time to hit the range, which along with the putting and chipping greens, was in great shape and easy to get to. The staff was very friendly and I got paired with another solo and we walked right in to our teetime. The pace was good, not rushed at all. The course was in great shape and had some challenging holes. Overall, the course was great and I will definitely try to make it back.

This has to be the best course (value AND quality) in Central Indiana. I walked 18 in well under 4 hrs. no problem. Pristine is definitely the word to describe the holes teen to green. I am not a links-style fan, so I haven't played the East course, but the North/West combo is again, walkable, parks-style perfection.

So I have to rewrite my review for this course because I mentioned a web site the first time around. So anyways..... This course was in extremely excellent condition. I drove down from the Zionsville area to play this one because it's been mentioned as one of the top 10 public courses in Indiana. After playing there I can understand the reason it's rated as such. It has three separate nine hole courses North, East, and West. I played the North and West course and enjoyed them both. There were several holes that were great to play and visually spectacular. The fairways were excellent and the greens were fast, undulating, and protected by bunkers. The deal I got was great. The only reason I gave it 4/5 stars was due to distance traveled and even with the deal a bit pricey. Check this one out if you have the chance.

Great course with 3 9 hole "course" options. New Links 9 is challenging and very different than other courses in the area. Very well-kept and beautiful especially for a public course. Only complaint is patrons have done a sub-bar job in minding diviets and greens. Will definitely be playing again.

This is a course that has seen better days. The rack rate is too high for the course conditions. This course is still fun to play as it is challenging without being punative. Greens need attention.

Only paid $20 through golfnow.com. best deal around. course was in great shape for the time of year and weather. greens aerated but pretty smooth and fast. course well maintained. this course easily rates up there with the fort, brickyard, prairie view golf courses. challenging yet fun.

This course will make you proud or destroy your ego about your golf game. This course requires shot making and penalizes you for not doing so. There are quite a few bunkers on every hole so bring a sand wedge! This course is a must play any time of year!

This couse is beautiful! Its very well maintained. The layout is excellent. That being said...this course is too difficult for the average players. The greens are VERY difficult. There are ponds, creeks, bunkers, etc that are force carries. Tight driving holes. You name it, this course has it. Also, scorecard shows 5 sets of tees...which is good...but...they almost always set the tees up so the actual yardage is longer than whats on the scorecard. Thats a big dea on a layout as difficult as this.

The course was in good shape considering the season. Greens had not fully healed from aeorating. A interesting course to play.

Well worth the 1 1/2 hour drive from Cincinnati. Played the original 18 first, followed by the new 9. Not a bad, boring or repetitive hole to be found. Well manicured fairways, fast and true greens, and a 4 hour round! This is a great place to come with your best buds for a day of golfing glee. We'll be back, for sure.

I already have recommended this course to friends. It is a beautiful layout and is in excellent condition. I think most golfers would find it challenging but fair.

Otter Creek is such a beautiful course that I would play it everyday if that were possible. The staff was very pleasant and helpful. The course was in great shape even with the rough summer weather that we endured. I would highly recommend this course to anyone who loves the game. I would not be able to afford to play this course if it were not for the golf now pricing. I want to thank the golf now service company for this.

Otter features 3 9-hole courses that are each among Indiana's best. The older North and West course are each fairly wooded and tight. While the newer East course is less wooded but has several challenges of its own. All 27 holes are in great condition throughout golf season and I would highly recommend this course for the challenge, environment itself. The only flaw I've seen is the cost, but that's because I'm 'cheap' and would absolutely love to play there more often! :-)

This course is great, but it just does not have that WOW factor. I play it about one time a year, and it's not a course that your awe struck with. I like the lay out , but just needs a little more pizazz.

Tee shots are well challenged with landing zones protected by bunkers. I used hybrid and fairway woods on a few of the tee boxes on several holes as placement trumped distance. Greens are all well guarded with bunkers. Greens were quick but could still hold high approaches into the greens. Cant wait to play this one again.
