About
Wolf Hollow Golf Club originally opened in 1928 as Lena Golf Club. The course tumbles across northwest Illinois' gently rolling hills, incorporating quite a few elevation changes into the layout. The golf course has a true risk-reward design that will thoroughly test your shot-making abilities. With proper course management and a bit of luck, there are several birdie opportunities to be had. Measuring in at just over 6,400 yards from the back tees, the course manages to give you a few lengthy holes but it will also put your short-game skills to the test. The 16th is one of Wolf Hollow Golf Club's most intimidating holes because this par 4 has trouble everywhere. A creek and tall grasses guard the left of the fairway and the small green requires a nearly perfect approach shot.

Played nine the first time.
The course is beautiful. The first time I played I only played nine holes. Today I played the whole eighteen. The course has a link feel but has soooooo many trees and OB. Well worth the money to play.
Great range, Great course
This is a great golf course. The layout is a little quirky but in a fun way. Elevation and blind shots make it a challenge, with lots a risk reward. If your a player go from the tips, the force carries really make it a fun driving course.

A gem in the country
So quiet and peaceful you will love it course is like a private club!
Slow
It took an hour to play three holes. We left as a six hour round is not acceptable.
Great course and a lot of fun to play.
Great time and will definitely play many more times.
Hidden gem
Enjoyed the course and would suggest going with someone who has played for assistance in where not to go! But seriously great value and a nice challenge
