Saturday Round
Course layout is great, pace of play was also great for noon on a Saturday.
Teeboxes in good condition, fairways as well.
Greens had weeds growing out of them and in terrible shape for this time of year.
Constantly losing balls in the rough just off the Fairway since it's overgrown and balls would just disappear.
Would play again if I knew ahead of time that the greens were in good shape and rough trimmed down and not overgrown.
I like this course
Only downside was that winners didnt get to buy the losers beer as the clubhouse was closed . Even at 6:00.

Solid track and decent conditions for April in Chicago
Track was real nice. Somewhat of a surprise. A lot of water and challenging shots. Greens were in great shape for April, but the fairways could have been better, but no complaints here. April in Chicago is not golf weather. I am sure it will be in great shape come summer time and I will play here again.
Course in great shape for spring golf
We had a blast of 80° weather in mid April, so our group took on Steeple Chase. It was a full tee sheet, but the pace of play was fantastic, and the course was in great shape.
Tee boxes, fairways, and greens were in great shape. No beverage carts since kids are still in school.
They don’t have a range, but you can warm up on mats within a hitting cage before the first tee.
Overall, great experience and we’ll be back.
Great Course
Would be perfect if it had a driving range to get dialed in. But they had a couple of hitting mats with nets to warm up at no cost. The staff was friendly overall great experience.
Great course, greens were fast course was in great shape, love playing here.
