Fairways and greens were in great shape. Bunkers soft and taken care of. Staff was friendly . Would recommend this course for all levels of play.

I am a regular weekly player and almost always play as a single. I was to be teamed up with a threesome and the course wanted to me ride with the other person which i had no issue with,, but the other player and I quote said" No offense but I don't want to ride with you" The starter and course pro made ZERO attempt to try and rectify this and just said if we anted to ride in separate carts it would be another $17. Instead of managing this the course pro just let this get out of hand. At this point I did not feel welcome in the threesome i was to be paired up with or at the golf course and ultimately left the after losing my green fee as I could not get a refund from the course as I booked through Golf Now. However when I called Golf Now they did attempt to rectify the situation. In all my years of playing I have never felt so disrespected by other players or course management .Again the course made ZERO effort to rectify this. They simply could have found another group for me t0 play with or let us ride in separate carts.. If you want to be respected this is not the place to play.

Nice course tee boxes very sporadic but in good condition

Loved the course. The holes are very playable with a lot of variety. The greens are in great shape and roll true. The layout gets a little confusing so be sure to check the layout map.

How do you charge $50 plus per person on a course that is rated a par 72 and not have a drink cart going around? On top of that on a day when temperatures reach nearly 95 degrees and felt like 100+ with the humidity. If you’re planning to golf this course, bring a cooler on a hot day because you have to wait for the turn to get a drink if you aren’t prepared. Oh, there is water available, at the 15th hole, you you can make it that long in the heat.

Great value for the money! Nice layout, will be back. 18 holes took 4.5 hours, other than that, great outing, tough track.

Course was in great shape. Greens rolled true and decent. Pace of play was great!

Very nice layout and very friendly forward tees for the ladies. Staff were very nice and helpful it’s a must play if your in the area.

Nice layout and in great condition with the exception of the 14th hole fairway. Staff was friendly and pace of play was very good for a busy day. Will play here again.

If you care to walk this course on Wednesday, you 'll pay $35.00??? Anyhow, this track is well worth the $35.00. It's well manicured and in good shape from tees to greens. Hole #14 is a little dicey. The folks in the Clubhouse and the Cart staff are very friendly. They have plenty of Bunkers, if you like that sort of thing. lol. I hit 8 of them today, and got up & down 4 times. This Course is well worth the $$$ for a Park District Track in New Lenox, IL.

Wonderful round. Sped through as a 3some with 721am tee time....most of the course in great shape except for bunkers which were basically mud and rock hard "dirt". Hey I'll take the drop and move on!

Otherwise things were great and I've never seen rest of the course in better shape than it is now. The rains last week caused bunker probs so i give em a mulligan.

Sanctuary has a decent layout, but the greens are WAY too slow to be considered a top-tier course. Also, I play from the tips and the back tee from the 9th hole is literally 50 yards directly behind a tree. I've never seen anything like it in 40+ years of playing golf. On the positive side, there are 4 or 5 holes which really test your game. The back 9 is definitely a lot tougher than the front 9.

Pretty cool course just consistently overcrowded. Always have leagues. No younger people out there which leads to the course always being backed up and you will almost always tee off behind schedule.

Played at 6 am. Golfnow. Great rate. Front desk pro was great. Knowledgeable and friendly. He sent me out in front of a twosome that happened to be the other golf shop assistant (silver fox) My man told me to get going because he was in a hurry. Pretty funny. Never saw him. Course is in excellent condition and the greens are super. Not very fast but they had a lot of rain. They really pay attention to detail as edges are mowed and little things are aesthetically very nice. Layout is a good challenge as I played from the back. Overall this is an excellent track! I'd come back.

The course was partially under water due to heavy rain. This isn't the staff's fault and overall the course was great. Pace of play was terrible as too many groups were out given the conditions. The rangers however were god awful. These guys acted like this was Augusta. Someone needs to get them in check. They were rude, inconsiderate, and snarky. Would likely play again and ignore the rangers.

Rangers need to stay on slow play at all courses. 5 hour rounds unexceptable anywhere.
