Rare Links golf experience
Great 9 hole course and improving. A true links golf experience. The new ownership is upgrading the course and property.
Almost 50$ for cart and green fees for a course you can tell us under construction and is under kept
Been to several courses in the area and for the price this is not worth the trouble.

Nice Improvements!
We really like the improvements to the course. The greens are very nice now, and overall the course plays well. Pace was good. A fun regulation course to get in nine! Look forward to our next round at Willow Hill.

Nice quick golf course
Golf course is in much better shape than two years ago when weeds were growing on the fairways and greens. Kudos to the ground crew. Nice job in getting rid of the weeds. The ground was hard hence, got more distance on my shots. Nice challenging golf course, with 2 par 5 and rolling hills. Good course to play if you only have short time to play.

Fun Course, Great Views, Excellent Time
Overall this is a great and fun 9 hole course! It has a variety of par 3s and par 4s with a couple par 5s. It's situated on top of an old landfill which provides some picturesque views of the surrounding communities (you can even see the Chicago skyline off in the distance).
The pace of play when we went was on the slower side which was fine with my group but I found it a little too slow with waiting on most every hole and a fairly large backup near the end.
Definitely a great value for the money and definitely want to come back and play again!

Standard
I have a personal love for this course. Forgiving to the greens but then tough to score. Still overwatered fairways, staff is great, pace of play not monitored and boy was it painfully slow. I’ll still be back.

Fun nine hole course
Willow hill is always a fun course it never plays the same due to the wind and the links style of the course you have to use your head to play this course

Most improved cours
The improvements never stop at this course. Under the new owner every time I’m up there I see something different. Can’t wait Toto see what next year brings
The new outdoortheater overlooking the skyline I will be a jam on the North Shore

High quality 9-hold course, tough greens
I love this course. Great for a quick 9 at a fair value. It is short, but the greens are challenging. Perfect practice/warmup course for golfers of all skill.

Unexpected
This was my first visit. I did not expect to be playing on a landfill. Car paths had potholes and lost half of my coffee. Areas of the fairway were long and uncut. The course was greener than I expected considering no rain this spring. I will play this course again.
