Good value for money
Course was well maintained and we finished in about 3 hours. It plays short but that works well for us rank amateurs...
Sunny & Windy Round
Had a great time yesterday. Played by myself, so I played the blue tees. Shot a 81, which for me is excellent, having not played from the blue tees ever.
The wind was very tricky, but there was no one pressuring me to hurry. Nice pace for me, wanting to spend the day on the links.
Short course. Slow pace of play. It’s a fairly well maintained course and does have some well placed sand bunkers and hilly greens.
Lots of loud groups drinking heavily. Group of 7 behind us were in their late teens / early 20s, yelling/screaming, jumping up and down on the roofs of their golf carts, hitting into us...the course is so tight and tee boxes so close that disruptive groups like this impact play for several groups throughout the round. I’ll pay a little more and enjoy the round.
A fun challenge
The front 9 gets your geared up for a fun, yet challenging back 9. Only 1 par-5 on this well maintenances course but with large fairways you’re still able to bring the driver out and launch it on the back 9. Bunkers make the this course a a head scratcher if not careful. Would totally recommend, great value.
Great shape for May.
Course was well managed for May. Bunkers were hard but that is to be expected.
Good Value
Friendly staff, driving range on-site, shorter course (only 1 par 5). Greens are fairly large, challenging, and in good shape. Front nine took over 2.5 hours, back nine was under 2 hours. Would definitely play again. Great value for the money. There were a lot of newer golfers on the course so keep your head on a swivel.
