Horrible pace of play
12 guys in front of us thinking the course was theirs, 6 cart pileup starting on 9th hole, was not able to play all 18
Weekend rounds
Course, Staff are great. Only pace of play is slow.
If you have 6-7 hours free you might like this course
Every time we play this course the first tee is backed up. Our recent round was a tee time of 3:08 and we didn't tee off until 3:35. After finishing the 2nd hold at 4:15 we decided to bail out. The tee times are too close and even with a ranger the pace of play is horrible. Happened last couple times. Never playing there again.
Slow play. Rangers nowhere to be seen
When there is nothing better available at the time, this course is good enough. Most bunkers have very little sand. There are no roughs to speak of.

Average Burbs Course - North Course
My round was particularly slow, but aside from the pace the course layout was very bland and there was not much difference between the rough and the fairway. However, the course had been kept up and the greens were cut well in addition to a lot of difficult greens.
Overall this is just a standard suburb course; there is a minor element of challenge and not a lot of complexity or novel holes.

Good course for the price. Friendly staff. Greens need more care from unfixed ball marks. Pace of play not great. Overall good day out.
Glad we came back to Silver Lake CC
We had a nice round to catch up with friends at Silver Lake CC. It was our first time there in 2 years. We will be back. The flowers were beautiful as a nice bonus around the course.

BLue Grass
Course has six par 3's, which creates back-up and slows pace of play. The par three's need to be spaced differently throughout the course and that would speed up play. My biggest complaint remains with pace of play.
