One of the rangers was not very kind to our group. Claimed that we were slowing the pace of play down when no one behind caught up until we got to the 3rd hole par 3. Way better courses to play and not be harassed like this place does.
Course Evaluation
All and all a nice course for the price you are paying.
One down side is, I wish people would take care of the course better. Not the ground keeper, but us players. There were a hundred divots per hole. If we all practiced good course etiquette it would have been an very nice course to play at.
We need to do better as golfers and keep our local courses clean.

Played through water.
Due to heavy rains the night before, other courses would not let carts out. We were able to ride here, taking care to avoid standing water.
Good course for a last minute Hot Deal
Got on as a single with a $16 hot deal a half hour before the tee time. Paired with a group of three who couldn't have been nicer. Many courses were closed in the area because of wet conditions, but Turkey Creek held up nicely. For February golf in Northwest Indiana, could not have hoped for much better.
Great course for the price
It’s cheap course to play for your average golfer. Course maintenance is decent and staff is friendly. Not as challenging of a course but is fun to play.
