Played this course many, many times and never have seen it in such bad condition. Many Tees almost totally bare. Fairways dotted with bare spots. Greens very scuffed up with numerous ball marks that were not repaired. Rough extremely high. Way too expensive for the conditions.

Very dry conditions
Keeeping in mind the area has been very dry, but I can’t recall a time in the 25+ years I have played here that the course had been so dry. The greens were in good shape. I think they have recently lost the head greenskeeper that helped put this course in great shape. $26 dollars was a fair price, but I wouldn’t pay full price.

DS review.
Given the sensitivity to COVID, the staff handled the request for one to a cart very very poorly. In fact, they were argumentative and obnoxious and threatened to eject the fellow I was paired with off the course.
The course was nice and in good shape, however, the staff needs to understand we players pay their salary.
I understand that these are trying times, but there was no call for the way the staff responded!
Good Value
Got the Hot Rate for this round. Definitely a good value with that. The course was well laid out and an easy play. I’m not a good golfer by any means and I was trying out some new balls. Fairways are wide open with well kept roughs. The greens were thin, but very playable.
Pace of play was ok. I was playing solo, so I ran into a couple of pairs and groups. A couple let me play through which was nice, but I ran into backlog of groups of walkers I couldn’t jump ahead.
Overall, I liked the course and will play again if I’m in the area.

Great city course but overpriced
Course is in good shape. The greens are always a challenge, they are fast. If you don't get the hot deal for $30 or less though you are over paying. This isn't a $45-$55 course. Swan Lake or Pretty Lake in Plymouth or Blackthorn locally for that kind of money. Fortunately the $30 or less price can be had often. If you get the chance give this course a go.

Pace of play
Thursday AM league tees off and we could only get in 12 holes because of the pace of play. Don’t play Thursday mornings...if looking to play fast

Course was in great shape! Some rough areas a little high but they were mowing! Pace of play was awesome too!
