One of the best maintained courses in the area. Fast greens and well manicured fairways make it a pleasurable experience

Great shape
Course was busy for this time of year but pace of play was steady. Course is in good shape including the greens. Few leaves around but expected so keep an eye on your ball.

very nice, wooded, municipal course
Course is in excellent shape. Leaves well controlled, weather was cool (mid 50's) and windy. No ball washers or rakes but this time of year, who cares?

Great Muni Course in South Bend
Excellent muni in South Bend, IN. Fun layout. Ok grooming. Refurbished clubhouse. New carts. One of 3 great muni courses in the area.

Rude member but friendly staff
I played here and was stuck behind a group of 3 and I was playing solo with a rider. After I caught them before they teed off on every hole on the front you figure they would let me go thru. No instead they would take mulligans on bad hits lol. Then I go on to 10 and a rude member is sitting eating a hot dog and yells that we cut in front of her and that we had to wait. She was eating a hot dog when we passed and said I was supposed to wait for her and another group while they ate. Any course I've been to if you stop at the clubhouse at the turn and got passed then oh well. Never has anyone told me I had to wait while they ate a hot dog. Members ruin this course. Conditions were great and a round was ruined by a stupid member. Wont be going back.

Don’t let the length fool you
The yardage is short but it plays long. Lots of trees with fairly fast greens. No range for warm up or practice so stretch.

Erskine GC
Other than having to fix other people’s ball marks on the greens, the greens were in really good condition.
Some trees could use trimming and geese removal much needed. Sand traps were compacted and muddy in spots, but overall a gorgeous course and they’re working outside and inside to beautify it even more. Some long par 4’s though...

Nice city course
First time playing Erskine since the remodel. Very nice layout makes much more sense user friendly. Greens in good shape and a real challenge. Wish I could have played better but enjoyed the time.
