Ironhorse Golf Club

Looking forward to IronHorse this Spring. Hopefully the team will seed and fertilize where needed, manage the foot traffic from cart path to greens, and generally get the place cleaned up. With all that said, when this place is in normal Spring and Summer condition I'll bet it's awesome.

I'll be back and looking forward to see how the team does in getting it ready

Bad winter for course. Needs more warm weather. A few more weeks should be better. Like course.

All good except a very very slow threesome two groups in front of us slowed things significantly. Need marshals who take an active tole

Brought my daughter and son with me. Son played and it was a little tight for him but managed the course well enough. They had recently had severe flash floods and their staff did a great job cleaning up and repairing damaged fairways/greens. This course is an outstanding value. Staff was the best, too. Will pick this course first whenever back in KC area.

Played Ironhorse spontaneously through deal through my Golf Now app. I went early to hit some range balls and use the putting green. Range was nice and the practice greens were better. Both in great shape. My tee time was very punctual as I went off with no wait. The course was in great shape and I have no complaints about it. The greens rolled perfectly and made putting a real joy. Best greens I've play on this year so far. Also I am a big fan of the gps in the golf carts.

This is my second time playing this course. The starter is a very pleasant man and the round was very enjoyable. From the blues, it's all you can handle. Some really nice holes. Will definitely be back.

We had a great day at Iron Horse. Condition were perfect, course was in good condition. We were very surprised at the pace of play. Four hours on a Saturday at 1:00. We expected at least an hour longer. Starter was exceptionally friendly and helpful. We will be back!

Course was great to play. Only problem was that area had a lot of rain the week before we played.

Turned out to be cart path only making for a long day of golf. Some cart paths were quite far from fairways, We will play it again next time in Kansas, (from the twin cities)

Course was charging full boat (sadly, it's ran by the city of Leawood, so not the courses fault) and the only good things on the course were the fairways and tee boxes. Rough was very patchy, lots of hard pan, and the greens were burnt severely and rolled very inconsistent on pace from hole to hole. I've played here before and it was in great shape, but this summer the course was not well maintained.

I love the layout of the course however, the greens were not in good shape.

Love this course. I will be back. Not having played it before I was glad to have someone who had with me. Layout is amazing. Greens were a bit rough but overall the course was in good shape.

Course was in great condition. The best course with public access south of 435. Used Golf Now for lower green fees. We were informed at club house that Sr play for $38 M-Thurs. great value
