Widgi Creek Golf Club

First course played on a central Oregon vacation. Found the course challenging, but not overly so. GolfNow pricing did not include a cart, paid extra for a cart. Pace of play was a little slow, but on course marshall attempted to put us at ease by periodically coming around checking on us. Most holes were very fair, a couple were a challenge for someone who has never played the course--some blind shots. But overall an enjoyable experience.

Played an afternoon round for $45 and this course was easily worth double or triple the cost. Very fair and fun layout, great condition and friendly staff!

This local favorite golf course is one of my favorites as well. The course is in great shape. Though the prices get rather high during prime time, you can always get out after 3 for like 30 bucks and can play till you either drop or can't see your ball anymore. Fully recommend

Every time I play Widgi the course conditions are excellent. From T box to green, fairways , rough and bunkers. Everything is just so well taken care of and well maintained. The golf course superintendent and his staff should be complimented. If you play as many different golf courses as I do you really appreciate golf courses like Widgi Creek. Courses like Widgi make you want to replace divots, repair ball marks and rake bunkers. Which I do. Thanks guys.

Solid course in terms of layout, condition and value. A couple short holes (and #11 green that should have a windmill), but overall a nice course that I would recommend and play again.

Btw, I walked and found it very walkable with the exception of a steep dog-leg left on back nine.

The course was great. Only recommendation is they add drinking water coolers on the tee boxea.

This course was the best played in the Sun River / Bend area. Wonderful drink girl, very nice and personably professional. The very best carts (brand new Yamaha) with USB connections.

This course made our vacation the one worth remembering!

Played for the first time and a pleasant surprise. Generous fairways with well maintained-strategic bunkers. Fairways near full recovery from snow blight. Nice contouring especially on back nine and forcing club selection. Greens are true and fun. Easily walkable

What seemingly was a beautiful idyllic day turns out to ruin some members rounds. We had some members complain to us on the tenth tee that our rate of play was ruining there rounds. We finished the front nine in under 2 hours so better than the expected rate of play. We also had to wait on every tee as well so the group ahead of us could clear our landing zone. Regardless of us waiting we didn't think we were playing slow nor did we say anything to the group ahead of us. Needless to say the group of retired golfers playing from the red tees were just extremely impatient. We still were able to enjoy our round as it was almost summer like conditions for the winter price.

My wife and I played this course at about the same time last year and, once again, we thoroughly enjoyed the experience. The course was in great shape and the weather was cool, but clear. We especially enjoy the variety of teeing options which, since neither of us are big hitters, allow us a reasonable chance of reaching almost all the greens in regulation. The greens are quick and undulating which make them a challenge, but they roll true. This is a beautiful course cut through trees which can come into play if you hit a wayward shot. And, although we rode, it appears to be a very walkable course. Can't wait to play it again the next time we're in the area

Very nice course, friendly staff. We had a foursome and we all loved the course, just beautiful and awesome to play. Highly recommend this course to everyone.

Nice track. Lots of challenging shots and very well maintained. Only complaint was that we felt a bit rushed because most people had carts and we were walking.

Nestled among the ponderosa pines lies narrow fairways, some with water hazards and bunkers strategically placed, you just cannot afford to open it up with the driver, every shot must be carefully considered. Once you got to the greens, the more severe undulations will test your readings and weaken your knees... I will definitely be back to avenge my high scores!

Beautiful course. Great experience. The greens are fast and in excellent condition. The value you can't beat. Don't miss this one in the Bend area.

Lots of nice courses in the Bend / Sunriver area and Widgi Creek is as good as most and better them some. For the price, it has no peer! This is not just a great course for the price however. It is a great course. Nice layout. Great condition.

The course was beautiful and well maintained. We were able to start exactly at our tee time.
