Widgi Creek Golf Club

Overall experience was wonderful! Course is in great shape, the marshal was extremely jelpful and friendly. Proshop needs some attitude adjustments... Try a smile . Other than that we will be back.!

The Widgi golf course is a fun course to play within minutes from downtown Bend. It has interesting topography with each hole being unique and not any blind shots from the tee. The greens are fast and undulated but receptive to a well played shot from the fairway. We completed the round in 4 hours.

The course was in good condition and it was a beautiful day for golf, but we were a bit underwhelmed by Widgi Creek. Glad we had a "hot deal" from Golf Now because I wouldn't have wanted to pay more than we did. Very walkable and we enjoyed that.

Amazing course!!! Very rewarding for a well hit shot. I've played many courses in the area this is my favorite course by far! If you have a chance to play Widgi do it! Make sure to walk up the trail behind the par 3 15th hole to see an amazing view.

The staff was great, I went out right on time and finished round in just under 4 hours. The greens were in great shape. The only problem is the fairways are a little tight for my random drives. My problem, not theirs.

Staff unable to determine if I had actually prepaid Golfnow, and had to show them my iPhone with confirmation to prove prepayment. Nice course, but followed the men's club scramble. May as well have been behind a group of short legged turtles. Course nice and in good shape. Told by marshall he couldn't hurry group in front because his boss was one of the players.

Beautiful course, in excellent condition, almost every hole had something unique, don't recall a green that is anything close to flat, easily walkable. Two disappointments - the scorecard does not show the layout so if you don't have an app you are guessing. Hit a great 5 wood only to find water hazard over the hill protecting the green. 2 nd. I couldn't hold a green. Played late in the day at an excellent rate

Course was in excellent shape. It was a great value for the fee paid. I would highly recommend this course.

A marvelous course. Lots of challenges, but the fairways are forgiving. Look for osprey nest near the 16th tee.

SLOW PLAY 5 1/2 HRS for 18 holes!?!

And 2 Marshalls on course... "Sorry Sir, but we have to accommodate ALL the residents who live here". In other words... if you don't live here... TUFF!

Always play Widgi creek when we come to Central Oregon

Accessible for all skill levels. Enjoyed the course very much. Look forward to coming back.

This is one of the best courses in Oregon, with loads of character. Course was in great shape and the staff was excellent.The one thing I don't like is the sand, They have a different type of sand and their sand traps are so shallow that they are extremely unfair. I'm a single handicap and I took an unplayable any time I was in a green side bunker.

My recommendation to the greens keeper would be, spend the money and make this course right.

this is a nice course and worth the money. challenging but also rewards risk.

Great course if you are wanting to walk a course - pretty flat most of the way round! Couple of challenging Par 3s - especially Hole 11 - over the water and sand if the pin is placed on left hand side of green - 170 yard Par 3!

Fairways are generally wide and pretty forgiving - most are tree lined so you can end up in trouble if you really hook/slice your drive!

Pace of play can be an issue but depends on the day of the week and your tee time!

Would definitely recommend this course of you are visiting Bend!

Excellent fairways condition, just a bit narrow than normal, that you need to put your tee shots on the short grass to score well. Multiple tiers greens make putting very challenging if you're not on the right level. All in all its a very good course and I would play it again when I'm back in town.

This is the second week in a row playing Widgi Creek. Last week the greens were crazy slow and not plugged. This week they were slow and plugged, making our time on the putting surface very frustrating. The price was great though and the course is beautiful. Later in the spring, the greens will be better.

There was a foursome ahead of me that was very slow but, other than that, it was a great round of golf at one of my favorite central Oregon courses.

Challenging layout that was fun to play. Accuracy off the tee is more critical than length. Undulating greens will test your putting stroke and ability to read the right amount of break on those side-hill putts. Course was easy to walk and fairways were in great condition for late October.

This tight, shot-maker's course is tough if you're not on your game. Off the tee, the treelined fairways are little on the narrow side and being able to work the ball is valuable skill. But even find the fairways off the tee, your work has only begun. Well protected greens with plenty of undulation will get your attention every step of the way. There are a few homes and condos along the course, but they really don't come into play. And despite those homes, it's a scenic course too.
