Widgi Creek Golf Club

Day was great, course was in fantastic shape, greens excellent,faiways great, overall course was in great shape and played reletively tough.

Very nice course and in good condition for spring time in Bend. Cheaper than other courses in the area with similar facilities, conditions, and difficulty.

we have played this course about ten times. the last two times there has been a problem with slow play. The first time we finally just skipped over the offenders and did not play the 11th hole. This last time we quit after the 10th hole, as did several others including the guy playing with us. A group had quit playing so we were hopeful that it would speed up. However, we were going to have to wait again at the next tee so we quit. It had taken us 2 hours and fifty minutes to play 10 holes. We thought about playing the front nine again, but there were people teeing off. I went in to talk to the manager. I was very polite. He asked Me how I was doing and I said not well. I told him we had teed off at 1:50 and it was now 4:45 and we just finished 10 holes. He said they tried to get people finished in less than 5 and one half hours. This seems like a very long time, but I did not say anything. His three solutions: He said we could play the front nine again, tell the people in front of us we wanted to play through or skip a hole and play past them. Well I know enough to politely ask someone if I could play through and this doesn't help if there are multiple groups backed up. I find it interesting that the expectation is for the player to play less holes or only play the front nine. I asked him if they had any marshals and he said no. He offered no apology, no discount, no solutions for future play. I give up.

Staff more interested in closing and going to watch the Super Bowl than in treating golfers well or fairly.
Heavy rain and one of our players injured on 9th hole (seriously enough to go to urgent care). No rain check. Nasty response when asked about raincheck.
Nice course, but won't go play there again.

Stopped in Bend for a quick round in between brewery tours and I wasnt dissapointed in either...Tight off the tee with some great and demanding approach shots...Once you get to the green you are only half way through the challenge, they are very undulated but fair, good speed and roll true...

Just a great day with great friends , the weather was beautiful , pace of play was incredible . great course all around !

A few funky holes that are tough on those without course knowledge.

My wife and I along with a friend played Widgi Creek Golf Course on a glorious fall afternoon. Everything about the entire golf experience was wonderful. The greens were very fast and true. There was a foursome in front of us that we had to wait for on nearly every hole on the back 9, but it didn't matter because the day was so perfect.

First time playing. The green a challenging. Overall a very nice course that I think I could play much better after a few rounds

I've been playing at Widgi Creek for years, but this is my first review. It's a fun layout overall and vey playable at all levels. I especially like that they have so many sets of tees as well as combinations, such as the Blue/White that I played. The course conditions and weather were perfect. The pace of play was very slow on the day I played and I might have dinged them on the rating for that if I hadn't played so many other times. It was a perfect Columbus Day plus they had a special rate, so that was why it was so crowded. Its immediately next door to the popular Seventh Mountain Resort and convenient to all of Bend. Go play!!

Great course but im not sure if the pros have that tough of pin placement. On too much slope for intermediate or advance players. Hard to score welll on just hoping for a 3 putt. Could be more friendly on greens heard lot of golfers upset about pin placement

Widgi is one of the most beautiful courses I've played in Oregon. I can't wait to go back.

Game wasn't so great but he group I was with were and the course was in great shape. The weather was in the mid 80's ...

Beautiful course and well maintained. Marshall was great but he could have asked fore some ahead of us to move a little faster. There was no one ahead of them.

There was no water available on the course which surprised me in central Oregon

We thoroughly enjoyed this course. The course was in great shape, and the experience was great. Surprising lack of food choices in the restaurant, but plenty of drink options. I must note, I received the best treatment by a course marshal ever. Even though we waited out a rainstorm on the 5th tee for 10 minutes, his priority was to make sure our pace and experience was good. Recommend highly!

This was definitely the best deal in the Bend area late in September.
It had rained recently and parts of the fairways were a little damp, but generally the course was in very good condition. The greens were very receptive but still quite fast and true.
The course is a little tight in places, and requires some accurate tee shots, but it is fair . The blue/ white combination tees are great for the mid handicap golfer.

First time playing the course this season. It was in excellent condition, greens were smooth and rolled true and were fairly fast. Pace of play was right on 4 hours. I have always enjoyed the course in the past, this time was very enjoyable as well. Most holes are straight forward, some are a bit tricky and local knowledge is beneficial. Didn't use the food/beverage facilities.

Very fair,challenging and in excellent condition. Would love to take the greens home with me and be able to play course on a regular basis.

Beautiful course, location, and friendly staff make this a great place to play for locals. And you can't beat the afternoon prices.
