Tates Creek Golf Course

It’s a city course so it’s not top notch but the hole layouts are different and you can still have fun on the course. Need to cut a few trees or the overhanging branches around the fairways and greens. Always have a great selection of hats in the pro shop

And that is about all I can say about this course. It was in terrible shape. I am not sure where the fairway even was on half of the holes. The tee boxes seem to be randomly placed on certain holes, just in a clump of grass. The greens were in decent shape and saved this course from only getting one star. The best hole on the course is the Par 3 #17. It is a nice hole over a pond. Staff was okay, nothing to write home about, but the facilities seemed run down and neglected. Probably won't play here again, much better courses in the Lexington area.

Great course- difficult enough to be fun but not so hard as to be frustrating. Staff was outstanding. Play here if you get the chance

Had to pay golf not and the course. I was double charged. The guy working in the pro shop is a complete douche.

Overall the course is a decent track and pace of play was good. Greens are in great shape but a bit slow.

I was happy with conditions and the starter did his best to get players out even before the tee time.

I would play it again

Wide open fairways. Didn't lose a ball. Beautiful course. And well attended.

Course was fairly average but nice for a municipal. Pace of play was horrendous but I managed to play through a couple groups. Overall the course was in decent shape.
