“Play it again , Sam”. Great course and friendly staff
Challenging course in great condition. Pro shop staff very friendly and accomadating! Driving range and additional practice area for chipping, sand bunkers , and huge putting green. Lots of merchandise available in pro shop.
Play this course...you will be glad you did!
Looks and feels like they are struggling for money.
I was very impressed pulling in. The look of a big club house, pool, and 19th hole. As we walked in to check in for our round the man behind the counter was very comforting and guided us in the right direction. The range was nothing but very long “grass” it looked like crab grass or weeds. The course condition was just okay. Healthy but slow greens, looked like animals have found their way into the greens, bunkers were not raked in some time, rough was spotty, fairways were nice but had some really bad burnt out or infected areas. We paid $55 which honestly I didn’t mind being my first time playing, but there is no way I would pay it again. I would say it’s about a $35 course.
Nice Golf Course
The course is in good shape. A challenging golf course. The only negative thing I have is the amount of geese droppings on some of the greens.
Fairways & greens were excellent
Course was the best shape of about 15 I have played so far this year. Some of the greens are protected by water, trees and traps and are kind of hear to hit, so this is why I called it somewhat challenging
Thunderstruck
Front nine was in pretty good condition but we got caught in a fast moving thunderstorm. Waited it out then continued on. Made the turn and got behind a foursome that seemed to search for all four balls every time they made a shot. Backed up the entire course from 11-18. Several greens on the back nine had some fluid leaked on them from the mower. Hope it doesn’t do to much damage to them. Overall this course is challenging and fun to play. Would recommend to anyone.
Poor bar service
Guys in the pro shop were great.
Course was in good condition. Greens were slow. Probably due to the recent rains.
Cart path only, but we saw other golfers driving all over the place. There was no ranger.
Bar was totally overwhelmed. If it wasn’t for the manager, we would never have got our drinks at the turn. I wish I had caught her name, because she saved the day.
I would chalk all the issues up to the fact it is early in the season.
I would definitely play there again.
Nice layout
Layout is good. Greens in spots have dead spots but over all is worth playing and the staff is very friendly
Mother’s Day 2018
Course was in fairly good condition but could really use some water. A few greens were burned up or covered in debris. It was really warm and not many golfers out so I was able to play quick and get around in about 3.25 hours.
Overall a very nice course that I would recommend to others.
Nice layout
Real nice layout and worth the money. Recommend it
Nice course with lots of slow play
Nice layout with some challenging hole locations. Some greens were in poor condition and most of the drinking water coolers were filthy and had no cups, make sure you stock up before heading out.
Members have priority over others and those with established tee times which creates slow play especially when they group up into an eight-some. No beverage cart on the course on a weekend is also a let down.
Overall, if you have half a day to kill and want a challenge it’s a fair course for the money but you can only get a tee time through Golf-Now. Clubhouse does not take tee times for non-members.
Eh, better options for the money
Course is in rough shape. Would rather pay $50 to play elsewhere. Course has great layout but conditions aren't great. Not every tee box has all of its markers. Greens we're quite bumpy and weren't rolling true.
Terrible Conditions
Called an audible because the original course was going to have some flooding issues. A local bartender recommended Oxmoor. BAD recommendation! The course is listed as private but is now semi-private. Maybe one day as a private course this might have been nice. Not now. The fairways were not mowed, the bunkers were dirt and mud with numerous weeds. And lastly the greens if want to call them greens. I played other courses in the area where the fairways rolled better than these greens. TERRIBLE. Do not waste you time or money for this track.
First time playing
First time to play this course I would have to say at one time this was probably a premier tract to play. The course was in decent shape a few par 3 tee boxes were not in use fairways were good greens weren’t a little bumpy but have played worse. I will definitely play this course again later in the year to see if conditions get to where they are in prestine condition to make this the gem it can be.
Great layout with no emenities
Course has a great layout fairways were very good greens a little rough but for this time of year they were pretty good only complaint. Would be the restrooms weren’t open and you couldn’t get anything to eat or drink in clubhouse
