Little Chewed Up
Being it was a Saturday morning I understand the bottleneck of groups teeing off and have no real issues with that. The course is fun but the tee boxes and greens were in pretty rough shape. It also needs a few more signs pointing you where to go and accurate hole layouts on the tee box markers. There are a few holes where it is difficult to figure out which green you should be aiming for. I had an amazing 3 wood on hole 9 for my second shot that landed on the green I was aiming at, it just wasn't the correct green to be aiming at. The hole layout had a dog leg left and the actual hole was to the right. Had a good time with the fellas and it's always a bonus when there is a friendly puppy dog waiting to tell you hello at a clubhouse!
Par 66
I didn’t pay close attention to the par for this course. I was only able to use my driver one time in 18 holes. Tiny greens in bad shape. We payed $80 on a Saturday and honestly it was not worth it.
Not a bad place to practice your irons
Definitely not Augusta but overall not that bad of a place to play. Staff is great. Only real criticism is the tee boxes are rough but layout makes for some fun iron play. Nice relaxed place to play during the week.
Awful don’t waste your time
Bad course, worse pace of play I’ve ever dealt with.
Challenging course
. First time here It was a challenging course., not a lot of room for error on several holes. Greens wee were ok, but too firm, hard to get the ball to stay on, Tee boxes are mostly all dirt, fairways were decent too.. Slow play, wasn’t invited to play through, but all play was slow I think. I would play again, now that i know what to expect on the layout
Not the best
The staff was super friendly and helpful. They were awesome. The rest of the experience was less than desired. This time of you you really can’t complain too much about course conditions but most of the greens were unputtable. As far as pace I f play, it was really rough. It seemed like it was an afterschool program for kids. We had a group of six young men in front of us and they knew very little about how to act on a course. Then, we had a group jump ahead of us after we already had to groups we were waiting on. They obviously didn’t know you shouldn’t do it. This place would have been awesome if I was a teenager but didn’t really enjoy Sunday.
Course was in really poor shape
I know that this is a bargain course but we have recently been playing a few of the cheaper courses around the area trying to sneak rounds in where we can and this was by far the worst course conditions we’ve seen this year. Most of the tee boxes were so scorched that we couldn’t get tees in the ground. Many had turf mats out on them. Most of the greens were 30-40% sand and very hard as well. I know it has been a dry summer but compared to other bargain courses in the area we were pretty disappointed with the shape of the course.
