Play for the Low Difficulty
24 bucks for 18 was a steal, or so I originally thought. This poor course needs some serious work. The greens had more sand on them than Pebble Beach. Nearly every green had some major issues. It is almost impossible to putt consistently on them. I am nowhere near a talented enough player to care about the quality of the course, but the price honestly should be in the low teens. Play it because it is a relaxed, easy course but don't go out of your way for it.
Be a last resort... But better than nothing
Played this course about 20 times over the past 5 years. Its a course worth about $15, they charge $21. The girl behind the counter said about 2 words, neither of which were thank you. The course was weird, burnt up in some places and then soaked in others, they really need to check out the sprinker systems.
On the course I heard a guy on the green yell at a 2some from 2 holes over to tell them to get on the cart path. Not only was it not cart path only, he yelled in the middle of my partners swing.
Overall its an alright place to go, but if you can go to Diamond Links or Grayson, Id suggest going there. Only reason I would go here over Austin Hills would be to hit driver a few more times.
this course is good for starters
This course is great for the money but on all the greens there are alot of ball marks so it is hard to putt good
short course pretty straight foward
for the price hard to beat. short flat course easily walkable. Greens need some work but ball rolled good. Short course great for beginners
