Sneaky long from the tips at 6100 yards. Nice layout that runs through the hills near the Ohio River. Many elevation changes on many holes. Would definitely come back and play it again. Downside is the could use a ranger. We got stuck behind a large group of college kids. Excessive drinking led to empty beer cans left on tee boxes and yelling throughout the round. Dropping F-Bombs where you could hear them 3 holes away. No common courtesy to let faster player through because they wanted to stay with their buddies.

Needs some serious work on paths. Very hilly and not recommended for walkers. Carts are not in great shape for the hills.

So, the people running the course are friendly, the course is in pretty good shape, etc....

The problem is not that its a bad course...My problem is when you book a tee time through golfnow, and then when you show up early and ask if you are/were paired up with other players and the reply is that they have already checked in and there are no players in sight leaving me to play on a crowded course as a single, when you should've been in a group of 3-4, kinda sux. The play was ultimately not slow, but playing as a single was behind multiple 3-4somes forced me to wait and wait and wait. I guess what I am saying is this: Get a starter or learn to manage a tee sheet. Other than that, the course is a fun one.

Course was in great shape very hilly and kinda tough.......

The course was awesome, we had 2 issues where 2 different groups decided to play a group of six players, which made it for a slow day. Both times I called the front desk. I am just confused on how they were able to register a group of 6 at a time.

One of the best courses in the Cincinnati area. Fun layout with a good mix of challenging holes with a variation in elevation. You will not be disappointed. Good luck!

Played on a beautiful Saturday morning. The course was in great shape albeit a little wet from rain the night before. Definitely worth the drive down from the city for the views! Also I commend the course for doing a good job having everyone go 1 to a cart and wiping them down after to keep distancing in covid times. Pace of play slowed down towards the end but it seemed like that was due to a slow group of 4 rather than any fault of the course. Would definitely go back!

We really liked the course. Played well eventhough we had some challeges..

We were 25+ days into a draught when we played. I was pleasantly surprised how good the course looked and played. Greens were fast and accurate. Fairways were ok too. I played din a foursome and everyone agreed it was worth the money.

I’ve played here quite often through the years and I’ve always thought it was a decent place to play. I will say I feel like course conditions, course signage/amenities, and clubhouse are improving and that’s great to see...

COURSE IN. A NUTSHELL: country course w some hills but not anything crazy. Very very few blind shots, if any. Some trees but not real tight and overall forgiving. Maybe 4-6 holes with water on them but manageable placement.

DIFFICULTY: Medium Challenge for most amateur golfers that shoot 80-100 on similar style/length courses, playing from tips makes a big difference in difficulty here (much longer.) scratch golfers will go low low

Holes/Layout: First four holes are scorable but can be daunting if you get yourself in trouble (par 5, par 4 w well placed water, par 5 uphill, long par 3.) after that nice golf holes for amateurs w normal amount of variation. Course gives you plenty of room to grip and rip while being fair to shorter hitters. I like most holes pretty well while only really disliking maybe 2-3 holes max.

CONCLUSION: Improving course with a friendly staff and atmosphere. Typically not super crowded and pace of play is almost always decent. Course stays Fairly decent to good shape. It can hold water in spots but I’ve almost never seen it in terrible or unplayable shape. It’s country course so may have some spots here and there and some uneven rough but I’ve never had a major issue, and mostly have been fine with conditions for this kind of course. Some decent elevated views with fair amount of wildlife. Good place go w your buddies, brother and/or Dad to play a laid back round that’s both challenging enough for amateur golfers with good scoring opportunities in no hassle/laid back environment
