Unorganized Mess
This course offered a rate a week out that we booked. They then called the day of and told us we had to pay more because of a teeoff.com mistake. They said it was all the website's fault, due to a glitch. However, they are still offering this rate, I believe they did not want to honor it for our group.
Also, they let us book our tee time, and start playing, only to meet us on 11, and tell us they forgot to tell us a couple's scramble was supposed to play the back 9 in ten minutes. They then put them all around us, slowing down our pace of play. If they would have told us about this, we could have started on the back. This course was nothing but problems.
Great course for the GN price
Was in from Illinois on vacation. Gave this course a try and liked it so we played it a second time. Great Golf Now value.
Great little course
I enjoy this course easy unless you short side yourself. Then pars can be about impossible l.
Good for the price
Course was wet after a lot of rains, so it was cartpath only. The back was more wet than the front which is a riverbottom so very much expected. Greens were really firm elevated and like previous review said you’ve got to be able to throw it up there if you don’t stick the green . The late afternoon so not super busy
Very average
Course layout is easy and fair. Greens were not in very good condition.
The club was not accommodating to those with physical handicaps. We were chastised for driving too close to the greens despite my brother having a prosthetic leg. We won’t be back.

Great Value
My husband & I played the course for the first time. The course was in good condition and pace of play was acceptable. We were paired with another twosome on the back nine and enjoyed meeting other golfers. We will be back!
Only bad thing I can say about the course is that they were selling expired 16oz drinks in the pro shop.

Semi Private golf course near KY Lake, KY
The greens are Bermuda grass and are known for being fast. The greens are elevated, sloping from back to front, making the approach shot to the green tricky. You don't want to be above the hole on these greens.
There are five or six teeing areas for all the holes and all have been USGA-rated. The course could be long and a struggle for senior women, but playing from one of the forward, forward tees, green & silver, the game becomes fun again. Come out and play Calvert City CC.
Greens
The greens were smooth and fast with alot of slope. Very challenging. The entire course was exelent.
