Value play with some issues
Course was in what I would call normal March conditions. Aerated greens, fairways needing some warm weather to green up. The golf course staff was super friendly and helpful. The facility seems to be divided into to 2 separate entities. Golf course and Cosmic golf. Cosmic golf appears to run everything except the golf course. Not a big deal unless you need any type of concessions or bathrooms before 10am when Cosmic Golf opens. Hopefully they can work this out because it is a nice facility especially for the price.

1st time playing here. Early spring conditions earn a good rating. As it dries out & grass grows, HGC can earn an excellent. Greens are large and rolled well, though patrons could do a better job of repairing ball marks. There were just enough to me comment. Course was open so pace of play was a non-issue. Really enjoyed the layout! A lot of variety. Up, down, over, around, but nothing ridiculous. Will make another tee time here when possible.
Holy balls play faster
When I hear the phrase shrink the game I find it extremely comical for the sole fact that the people slowing down the course on a Friday was old people reading greens and shots like it’s the champions tour. The proshop made an attempt to make play faster but there was a solid 8 groups in 4 holes in the back 9 like I get take your time but I don’t want to hear how newer people make the game slow because that was not the case. Had to skip 5 holes due to already being behind time by 30 minutes on the back nine on hole 11.. need the pro shop to monitor the playing time because holy balls it was horrendous.

The course is a decent course to play, I would enjoy this course if it wasn’t for the rangers and members of the club. They are extremely rude and have tried to pick a fight with me the last two times I have gone.
Beautiful course!
Lots of construction around the club house, does not effect the course. No concession if you drive a distance. Course fantastic, beautiful wonderful. Will recommend and play again. Friendly people.
