Course in pretty good shape
Played here earlier this year in the off season, definitely much improved conditions. Our only issue experienced was with a very impatient group behind us hit into our group 3x. We ended up getting in a heated exchange, keep in mind it's a very busy Saturday afternoon. We were maybe 5 minutes behind pace of group in front, often had to wait ourselves to shoot but the group behind was extremely impatient and dangerous. They continued to curse and complain loudly everytime they had to wait on any tee box (again, BUSY SATURDAY, God forbid you wait 3 minutes to tee off!) Would've complained if we saw the ranger. I know bad groups aren't the courses fault but would've liked to see the ranger out once as we would've said something about the group behind. Cart guy was very friendly though and all the other staff interactions were pleasant.
Course Condition
Condition and maintenance have improved since last year. Fairways are still very firm but nos. 11, 12 and 13 are much improved. Bunkers are improved and can be played from but there"s still room for improvement (expensive and time consuming I know). I'll continue to play at Bay Hills.

Water break.// Snack bar and bathrooms closed.
Pro shop friendly, not many players on course
Would recommend but only if online tee times for a cheaper price

Great course and value
This was my first time playing Bayhill. From people I understand that play the course regularly they point out that the course has been updated significantly over the last year or two. The fairways and greens are in excellent condition. Great value!
Amazing Staff!
Course was super fun, and in great condition. Played with my brother that was from out of town and staff allowed us to complete our round even though we were running late. I highly recommend!!
Super Slow round in every way!
Played behind very slow groups, including a 5-some! Greens are slow too! Can never got a rhythm! Toon 5 hours and 20 minutes to finally finish! Awful experience

Bay Hills
Course is in great shape. Many good improvements to the cart paths, the brush has been cut back and the staff is very friendly. A great pace of play.
New Ownership is Making a HUGE Impact!!
Course was bought out a month ago and the new owners have made more improvements in a month than the prior owners made in 3 years. Cart paths are much improved, trees are being cared for and they actually have staff workiing!! If their initial efforts are any indication, I can't wait to see what this hidden gem can become!!
Extra charges
Book online if you can. They up charge you at the course. Course has new ownership. Looks like they are fixing stuff. Taking old dead trees down and cart path help desperately needed.
Greens inconsistent. Very bumpy.

It’s an amazing course. Lots of water and houses. I’m not so good at golf, and still the course is not that bad! I do love it!
