Nice fall morning!
I’ve avoided this course at all cost in the past, Kenton county has since changed ownership. It’s in great condition again and the place looks good. I will be back
Be prepared for slow play
Booked an early evening tee time. They had a lot of 18 hole times listed in the early evening so I expected an empty course and fast play. At least they recognized pace was going to be slow and only allowed 9 holes for purchase. Tee'd off 20 minutes after my scheduled tee time and was stuck behind a very slow league. Played 9th hole in the dark, after a 2 hour and 30 minute first 8, which was only sped up by two groups in front of me giving up. If you are going to have a novice league playing (which is totally fine) don't offer up tee times immediately after said league.
Course is in rough shape, lots of crab grass and dirt patches. The course has potential, but is a ways away from that right now.
Horrible Condition
Worst shape of courses in area. Greens and fringes al most unplayable...
Not good
Been many years since I’ve played this course. Terrible conditions; most (if not all) greens had burn out/bare spots and they obviously don’t send people out to fix ball marks on a regular basis. Fairways were average at best. Will not go back-way overpriced for the conditions and it’s a shame because it could be a nice course.
Great round
Had a great time golfing today. The course was well maintained and was a very pleasant pace of play . Will definitely be playing again soon.
Terrible
3.5 hours to play front 9. Zero pace of play expectations and no enforcement or rangers doing their jobs. Made the turn and left after hole 13. Would have been over 6 hours to play a round here. For $50 and an average course with below to average conditions, this was absolutely not worth the money. I would not recommend unless you want to wait 15-20 minutes for every shot.
Killer cart paths.
Pot hole here and there fine, but they are everywhere. Huge pot holes, no excuse for that.
Good public coirse
Challenging public course. Back 9 of Willow was great!
Front 9 was good.
I really enjoyed the course and would recommend.
Traps were new sand. Thankfully I didn’t experience them today.
Its not worth the money. There is no up keep on course. Fairways and greens are well below average. I wont be back
No beverage carts
This time of year it’s very hot. There are no water through out the course. To protect golfers from dehydration water should be available.
Needs some care, but a good track!
The course itself it a nice course; I am pretty sure that the only flat spots were in the parking lot and that is a good thing! The greens were fast and the fairways were hard, so getting extra out of clubs was easy. The only drawback here was the cart paths; needs work! Considering some of the courses that I have been to, way off of the beatin path, this course was well worth the trip from the Dayton area; I will be playing this one again!

Willows
Challenging course in decent shape still. Pace of play continues to be slow.
Difficult
If You are a 14 and higher handicap not a course you want to play rough is to high you have to stay in fairway for amateurs very difficult not fun playing for the layout just like I said not fun I am. 7 handicap and I didn't like it at all shot way above my handicap
