This course is designed to have fun
Gently (for the most part) rolling hills give this course character. Generous landing areas, well maintained rough make it playable. False edges and sometimes tough hole locations make it challenging enough for anyone. Enjoy!
Nice course
Course was in great condition. Greens were a little slow compared to what I am used to. A few blind shots, but manageable. Rough was also manageable. Overall, I liked the course and would play it again.
No complaints.
Friendly staff, I haven’t eaten much of the food but they make accurately poured drinks and endorse a friendly atmosphere for beginners. Pay attention on holes 7,8,9. They are challenging but close together..

Windy Day Play
Visiting Lexington for first time. Connemara had the earliest tee time Saturday at 11:45. Tees, fairways and greens were in great shape. Some spots in the rough were tough. Overall great course and great people.
Fun course for the money
Solid course for $40 hot deal. Wide open layout, with some slim fairways made things interesting. Some cool holes and a lot of fun to play. Course got a little log jammed because of a slow group, but unsure if that’s the norm or not. Overall great experience.
No.2 being reconstructed
In good condition after the winter. No.2 is being re-constructed, as are several tee boxes.
I was playing by myself & fellow golfers were letting me play through, until I met a threescore of elderly gentlemen.. I am certain one of them picked up my ball & pocketed it as I drove over the crest of a hill.
Certainly not Connamara's fault. Good course & good service.
