Course was in great shape and was really impressed. Great fairways, tee boxes, greens. Give the grounds keepers some love.
I understand it was a great day, but I think the course could of done a better with pace of play. I think when you wait
On GolfNow, I was happy that the course made the distinction this year between the price for riding and walking, but they have not done so on their website.
Though on Timbers website...This is one of the only courses that markets a price of walking and then hits with cart fees at the end of your purchase.
It's a significant increase and makes you think less of the course. Just be straightforward both on GolfNow and your Website

Walked the Course
Sunday early round took 4 hrs 20 mins but it was us, nobody in front of us. Walked the course and enjoyed it. Nice variety of hole layouts. Great condition.

The green is still rough. Everything else is good. The tee times is at 2, but the pace was good. No wait. Smooth sailing.

Cart
Greens are about 2 weeks out from fully growing back in. Had a 7:09 tee time and the cart was dead going up hill by the 15th hole had to Fred Flintstone the cart to make it to the end.
