Gem of a course that’s worth the trip
Played here for the first time and was extremely impressed with the course and the experience overall. I’d gladly make the hour trip to this course again because the layout is fun, conditions are awesome, and the value is about as good as you can ask for in MA.
Did they want my money?
I understand covid 19 is currently happening but this was structured so bad from the start. Waited 15 min for someone to show up to the window you are suppose so pay at and the guy was rude off the bat. Signed up for a 139 tee time and didn’t tee off until 150. Then was behind the slowest pace I played this year. Three off the whole rhythm of the game

Hidden Gem
It's the best Muni I have played and is always in excellent condition. Conditions are similar to private courses. Trust me you won't be disappointed in the course. A true hidden Gem.
Nice course, but very slow play
This has become my new favorite course, but the pace of play was agonizingly slow. Staff very friendly, but they need to move slow players along
Nice layout
Enjoyed the course as always. Staff was friendly and helpful. Greens were in good condition fairways were as well. The price is about the same as other courses. I liked the different course layout where the front nine is the traditional style and the back nine is more like a links course.
I highly recommend playing this course.
Great Course to Play
Me & my wife have been playing here for years and we always enjoy the experience. The website makes it easy to book tee times and the staff is always courteous. The course is comfortable and also challenging. This course if our first choice to play.

Greens rolling as good as I've seen them of my 4 trips to ARV.
Stafff was welcoming. Putting green & range available. And they're cooking on the grill before 1st tee, after the 7th & 9th holes.
We'll be back!
Acushnet River Golf Course is a Fine Place to Play
Played the Acushnet River Golf Course on July 4th. The course is in fine shape. Considering it was the holiday weekend, the pace of play was not that bad. 4 hours and 40 minutes for 18 holes. It could have been a lot slower.
Hands down best value in state!
Course is always in great shape, staff is always pleasant and friendly. Pace of play can sometimes get a little slow but not too often. But bottom line for the price you can’t beat it!
