This course was in excellent shape. The weather was beautiful and the greens were fast. We didn't get slow down by anybody the whole round. We finished in just under four hours! We played on a Saturday at noon time . I would highly recommend this course to anyone who wants a challenging fun round of golf

Total Links course.... always hitting from side of a hill.... first hole terrible because next to the driving range and there were 120-150 balls on our fareway from the range. Obviously couldn't find my ball amongst all the others.... it got better after that

Tons of blind shots - really need to know this course to score well. Also, cup placement on some of the greens were just downright stupid. Placement on 8th hole had the cup on the slope of a false front green. Just silly. Hopefully someone will pay a little closer attention to where to put the cups to make the round a bit more enjoyable.

Course is in great condition, lots of blind shots, greens were perfect. Bartender inside not overly friendly, but the beverage was still good.

This course will test your judgment and tee off choices. It is quite short with many elevation changes. The driver is ok off most tees but you need to dial in your wedges for distance. If I played it again I would use less than driver and leave myself more full swing irons. The greens are smooth and putt true, but there places on the greens you don't want to be. I loved the track - would like another crack at it!

I loved this course so much after my first round I ate lunch and with a generous replay discount price I played another 18 holes. One of the best layouts I've played in years. Very challenging but doesn't make you look a fool if your not perfect. Look forward to playing yearly when in the area

on most holes you can't see the landing area for tee shots. Greens are excellent, the bunkers have very soft sand and are difficult to play out of

Course was in phenomenal shape....elevation changes where spectacular as were the views....played in under 4 hours and outside deck is amazing....a must play

Beautiful to look at but very tough to play. There are very few level spots on this course (including the greens). You always seem to be hitting from a sidehill/uphill/downhill lie--it it rare to have a level stance anywhere on this course except on the teebox. The greens were running at 11 and they are extremely contoured. The day we played the pin placements were silly--not even the USGA would put pins where they put them. They need to rethink the green contours or at least run them slower.

This course was in great shape! Staff was very friendly & Helpful! My son and I were paired with two of the nicest members, Mike & Jake, who made provided great insight on each hole. Already have schedule my tee time for next week. My son & I are going to make this out home course.

First time playing and will be back, conditions were excellent, fast pace for a summer weekend. Had avoided course due to reputation of side hill / uphill lies etc but a very fair course.

Wide open. Condition was very good from tee to green which was rolling at 11 which they post everyday. Some holes are a bit tricky and will be easier the second time around. So if it comes up as a Hot Deal try it you will enjoy

The course and facilities.

We arrived early and were able to tee of. After 3 holes we has to stop the foursome in front of up was very slow. No rangers to complain to nor would the allow us to play thru. The course is very hilly with some water that came into play. The greens were well taken care of as were the fairways. I would go back but there are other courses that are a better value.

The course never disappoints. Have played Brookside many times and the condition of the course is consistently good. Staff is friendly and professional. We look forward to our next round at Brookside.

This layout offers a challenge for every level player and actually from all tees. Hit it straight from the tee and welcome side hills and up and down hills. The views are spectacular and the in great shape.
