Always enjoyed this course, a good variation of holes that makes you think about every shot.
Other than the club house was closed due to power outage and no water or food truck on course it was great
Geat course
Love this course. Greens and fairways were in excellent shape especially considering the extreme heat we've been having. Some really scenic holes. I find the distance more manageable than some other courses. Some long holes but some shorter ones as well. Not too many surprises or blind holes where you hit a good ball but then can't find it anywhere.
Fun course
I enjoy playing OSL. We try to play there a few times a year. I recommend getting out early. There is not many places to hide from the sun on this links style course.
Burning up, like everywhere else.
There are definitely some burnt up spots on the course, as expected since it's July and we've just had a week straight of 90+ temps and it hasn't rained in a long time. They've done a great job keeping the tee-boxes, greens, and a vast majority of the fairways in good shape though. They always do such a good job here, it's one of my favorite courses in the area. I just wish they'd send out the bev cart earlier....we didn't see it till the 18th tee.
