The course is well laid out, and with sufficient challenges for me. The grounds are well maintained, with mostly tarred cart paths.
Staff very welcoming and informative .
34 dollars was not the case!
I have receipt that says I bought 34 dollars for 18 walking. When I got there I asked for a cart. I knew I’d pay more for it which is fine. The guy said it’s 70 a person??? Now I played, I enjoyed it and I will go back but why SOOO far from what I was quoted? More than double? I paid him the money but when I should him my receipt he told me “ yeah we don’t run the online stuff. There’s nothing I can do.” I didn’t find that overly helpful as well. Again I enjoyed myself and took it like a champ because I figured 34 a person is too good to be true but THAT far from my quote? It just seems like bad business.
One of my favorite courses in the area
I love this course. It has a great set up, usually well maintained and overall a fair golf course. Today was very slow, especially for a week day but nothing you can do about that. The greens looked like they had been aerated within that last several weeks and cut fairly long so the greens were painfully slow. Otherwise, wonderful course and I will always go back.
Good golf
Played at Scotland links and the course was in great shape. Staff is always great.
Rates off
Golf now charged me $63pp. Their rate for senior resident with cart is $50. I do not like being overcharged.
Wind made it fun. Staff terrific when my buddy, who was also walking, stiffened up and told ranger.... the ranger went back to the clubhouse and brought out a cart to the 9th hole
Beautiful golf course
I’ve played many courses and this is one of my favorites.
Good & Bad
Teed off at 12:20 no waiting for the 9 holes , done in 1 hour & 40 minutes. The greens had been air-rated and there was some green patches but rolled ok. All in all a beautiful day.
