Most Beautiful Course I've Seen In The Area
The only issue with my round at this course is that I booked 18 holes starting at 5pm and didn't have time to finish all the holes because I got stuck behind a league that was playing there, which they apparently have every weekday. I see why leagues are there every day though. Outside the pace of play this course was absolutely immaculate, maybe the best value for money course I've ever seen. The carts are equipped with GPS and some cool software to be able to keep score and plan out how you want to play the hole. I would recommend calling ahead of time to see when the leagues are to make sure you don't get stuck behind a bunch of foursomes, but outside of that I was so pleased with this course that I can't praise it enough. After I finish trying all the courses in the area I have no doubt this will be the one I want to play at the most. Rumor has it that they also have a $12 cheeseburger and fries that is top notch, but I didn't get a chance to try it.

I was pleased with the course, but for the drive I wish the course would have taken a few less dollars. I like to play at least 3 times a week, and if I pay to much for a course , it limits me to only 2 rounds in a week.
West Springfield was nice to us
I was reading golf reviews about Chicopee Country Club, and the course was given only average reviews. I remember playing it when I was at Westover Air Base, and I remember enjoying the course. I’m pleased to say, I still agree with my earlier thoughts. Our round of golf was enjoyable.walshgolfmw
Always in good shape
Course is always in good shape. There was a ranger going around offering water which was nice. Starter always has an attitude at this course. Idk why.
Seriously questionable pin locations
I’m all for a challenging course set up. I think Chicopee country club owes it to their visitors to ensure that hike locations are at least reasonably fair.
I literally placed my golf ball two inches from the cup on 12 and it rolled fifty feet away. I recognize the steepness of the slope on that green but no one with any respect for golf honestly assessed that and determined it was okay.
Great local Municipal course
Staff are great. Watch out for the far right pin on 6. It’s a bit like mini golf when it’s over there. No credible golfer could genuinely think the cup should be on a side hill that severe. Except for that greens keeper revenge day.
Love the course and the staff are always welcoming and accommodating.
Great Time
Beautiful course, great layout, enjoyable experience for golfers at all levels.
