Deceptive management and horrid conditions
Jeff didn't honor the golfnow prices and charged his own rate of $50 for an overbooked course with pace of play taking 5.5 hours for 18 holes. Was told I could just choose to not play if I didn't want to pay the $50instead of the $40 my receipt stated. He then threw the receipt away without even offering it to me. Hopefully hes not the new owner.
Changes prices in clubhouse
Booked on golfnow for $40 with proof of tee time and price. Guy in clubhouse charging everybody $50 refusing to honor price. Beware.
Ok for the price I paid
Picked up a hot deal that made the track a great deal! I’m not sure I would be willing to pay full price…
Rough shape
Aside from greens which were good the course was poor condition. Tees were terrible not rotated at all or mowed..late season but traps not touched for days same for fairways. Is a very good layout lot interesting holes. Needs lot of work. Not worth the money.
Great course for beginners
As a beginner, you often find yourself chasing balls around the course. This course is beginner friendly by design and affordable enough to get better. Highly recommend it for newbies or for a quick last minute round.
Oakridge great course has Arrogant guests
Course was in great shape for November golf.
Could have had blown leaves off green better. Pace was good and never waited until 2x groups jumped in front of us on the 3rd hole and the 16th hole without even the courtesy of asking . We were playing quickly with a 2some that had 87 & 86 respectively from whites and green tees.
Arrogant
Great time
I hadn’t played at Oak Ridge this year. Really enjoyed the course. The leaves make it a challenge this time of year, but we managed to find most of the balls. The two holes which are dog leg right with ponds to cross on the second shot are always an interesting challenge for me as a senior golfer, but still fun.
