Amazing place and a beautiful design. Recommended for sure

Gotta feel sorry for the ladies. My wife is playing only a few yards shorter off the tees than I am. Only a couple of holes do the girls get a decent break.

It’s a good course. Good shape. Greens were good. It’s just not the style of course I like. I don’t like hilly courses blind uphill or down hill holes.

It was an hour away for us but we read the reviews and looked at the photos and grew curious. This was truly a fun course to play with great diversity some easy holes some more challenging one but with amazing views . If you are looking this weekend for a great course to see amazing colors of the leaves this is the perfect place hurry up go there. At golfnow price this is steal. Yes it was a little wet but really did not matter we loved it .

Dare you will not regret it, we will be back

Booked a tee time for 1pm. Arrived a few minutes early and was allowed to tee off right away. Despite having a steady line of groups in front of us we played in just under 4 hours. Course was in great shape. We had 3 of us for the front nine and 2 for the back nine.

I have played this course many times. It is definitely above average for a municipal golf course. They have done a fantastic job over the last several years upgrading the conditions. They still have a few areas where they could improve the drainage. It is not where near the top level courses, but I have played many other courses in this price range that were not even close to the quality at Gardner.

I golf this course the most of any course in New England

The course was in mint condition. Tee boxes, fairways, and greens were all excellent. Course was a little wet off the fairways due to some recent rain. Pro shop attendant was very informative and walked us outside to show us first timers where to go for front and back nine. Did not see any driving range but the putting green was fine. Course is not overly long (no blue tees) and the fairways are pretty wide but there are some nice dog-legs and elevation changes that make it interesting. Would definitely come back to play again.

Course didn't allow carts due to all the rain. Course in great condition considering the rain and wind that brought down 1 billion tons of leaves! Greens are very fast when summer conditions. Nap a little longer now that we're in late fall season but greens still putt awesome. Front is an easy walk, back gets a little more challenging in walk and play, especially 15 through 18. You'll know whether you're in shape or not! LOL. This course gets a ton of play but you would never know it based on conditions. Always in great shape.

First time playing this course and I was very surprised how nice this track is. Course was in excellent shape, greens rolled true, fairways in nice shape. Not the longest course but challenging enough to keep it interesting. I'll definitely play this track again!

Have played Gardner CC a dozen times in the past two years and its always in good shape. Fridays round featured several trips into freshly groomed traps, like hitting from the sugar bowl. Leaves and acorns are coming soon tho.
