Gardner Municipal Golf Course

The golf course is in great condition. The rough is challenging, fairways are generous, greens are in good shape and the slope on the back nine really makes you think before hitting second shots. So much fun. The Fall in New England is a treat. The weather is refreshing and the trees change into spectacular colors. This golf course is situated along the famed Mohawk Trail. Can't get better than that.

Awesome day, great course conditions, pace of play was just right. I've played here at least 8 times this year. Challenging course in great shape. Always a good time. If you haven't played here do yourself a favor and book a round you won't be disappointed

Very challenging used all my clubs greens were good fairways were very good wish it was close but I always play there

Play was great 4 hour round of golf. One of my favorite municipal courses in New England.

Considering this course is a Municipal course, it was in outstanding condition! For the amount of play that it gets, the tee boxes, fairways and greens were all in outstanding condition!! The round cost me $19.00 which included 18 holes with a cart....tremendous deal and would recommend it enthusiastically!

Course was in great condition. a few Wet spots but overall excellent. Pace of play was great. this is the 2nd time playing this course this year. Will definitely be back soon. friendly staff always willing to help get you out

This would have been a great day the tees and greens were in good shape the course overall was in excellent shape but unexpected rain moved ion on the 6th and 16th holes .Initially the play started out slow but picked up after the 4th hole. It was a great value although we did leave after the 16th hole due to rain and wind. We did not visit the 19th hole. The staff at check in was extremely

It was well maintained. Really tough course with narrow fairways. Greens were in awesome condition.

I made the mistake of trying to save some cash. Do not repeat my mistake. A dollar deposit for cart key deposit??? Then not even returned!?!? Side sloped fairways that penalize good shots. Grass so high on some fairways that you cannot find your ball, even when hit right down the center. REALLY slow service at the restaurant. Avoid.

Gardner is two course in one. The front is fairly wide open, mostly back and forth, and a bit shorter than the back. The 3rd (par 3) is slightly downhill, but very long. Our GPS had it at 240 to the pin the day we played! The back is very hilly and heavily wooded. Lots of doglegs out there! Again, one of the tougher holes is a long, uphill par 3 that played well over 240 due to the elevation change. Pace of play is not terrible (slightly 4 hours for 18 on the weekend), somewhat surprising given the number of hackers out there. Conditions are pretty good, especially given this year's drought. At a slope of 133 from the Blue tees this one is no slouch! Give it a try, you'll like it.
