Crumpin-Fox Club

If you suck anywhere...which I do..youll suck here too, but, very much more so here. This is my new favorite course. I wanna sell my house and buy the 1970's house at the 17th hole par 3. Seriously. Make me an offer

Crumpin Fox is better maintained than some private country clubs I’ve played. The staff is friendly and helpful, the layout is challenging, and the greens are superb. The greens are quick and undulating, roll true, and in excellent shape. Lunch at Zeke’s on the deck is a great way to sit back and reflect on the day’s play. I continue to come back despite the 90 mile drive, the place is fantastic.

Every hole is a gem. Great golf course. Can’t wait to return.

Great course.... prefect conditions already...great layout...greens roll fast and true... challenging but fair.

Right up there with Red Tail, Pinehills and any other A List course.

One of the BEST courses you can play in New England for sure!

While the course was is a fantastic layout and in beautiful shape the staff was the highlight is the day. The treatment was exceptional. Would and will return to Crumpin. Fox very soon!

Just an amazing golf course!

I’ve played all over the northeast this year, including a couple courses that have hosted tour events. This was easily the most beautiful and well kept. Whatever you’re paying your grounds crew, double it

However, I had to give up after 9 holes. The pace of play was absolutely atrocious. Just shockingly bad. 3 hours to play 9 holes. This was my second time here. The first time I finished the last 3 holes in the dark because it was another 6 hour round. So it was not a one-off situation.

It’s really unfortunate because the course is so great. I played Bethpage Black in under 5 hours, walking nearly 11 miles two months ago. So pace of play can happen but it seems management doesn’t either care or want it to change.

Best course conditions I played on all year!

Everything is great about this course but be advised the greens are like putting on glass. Very slick and not for the novice golfer. If you want that challenge, you will really enjoy this course. Definitely a top 5 public course in MA.

Played on Friday morning and teed off at 9 and finished at 2. Other than the pace of play the course was amazing. Gorgeous views every hole unique. Really challenging I usually shoot low/mid 80s was extremely difficult to shoot an 89. Was 14 over on the front and pulled it together on the back to only be 3 over. Would highly recommend to anyone would suggest getting out kid week though if you want to play under 4 hours for the round.

I was very impressed with the staff.

They were very friendly and helpful.

My playing partner was a little late and the starter was very understanding. GPS sometimes cuts out in western MA..

Clubhouse was nice.

Restaurant food was excellent. (Chicken sandwich)

Loved the layout.

Greens were great.

Got stuck behind a slow, unskilled foursome and no ranger ever spoke to them.

I’ve heard C F is rated top 5 in MA.

I don’t think so.

Wasn’t aware of golf tournament ahead of our tee time 5 hours and 45 minutes horrible and not happy that Golfnow and the golf course didn’t make us aware of this situation very unprofessional never played golf that long ever waiting every hole nightmare
