Course in fair condition. Greens good but some of the Fairways need attention. Areas without playable grass

The course was extremely dry and the greens were hard. I couldn't stick a pitching wedge aiming for the front of the green.

Under normal conditions this would be a fun new england course to play, but it was extremely challenging due to the drought.

Played ok , 47 front bad start , 45 back and finally pared the 10th hole. Pleasurable and met a few young people and enjoyed the company. You just gotta play this course as its been playing good even with the draught condition. It's cart path only and I hate that but I get why and most people would also. No water on the fairway only around the greens and these greens roll awesome and fast and are in great shape.

Get out and play this course.

The fairways and greens were in good shape but if you drove the ball off the fairway the rough was so thin the ball did not settle and in most cases ran into the woods.

Beautiful course with a great design and challenging holes. Fairway was in solid condition but the rest of the course looked a bit beat up. For a course that allows cart-path only I was surprised. Unfortunately you’ll also be eating dust the whole way driving around since the paths aren’t paved. Otherwise a great play— would love to come back during warmer months.

Hey played again but not so good , its still it was fun. I just couldn't find my game , we have all been there. Still my go to place this year and will always enjoy playing here for the challenge. I hope people are who never played her because its a course you will not forget and want to come back to beat , I wanted to break 90 and I did but now I want to go low 80's how low well the course and my game will tell that story, I have never broke 80 before so I am not even thinking that but if it happens you will know about it. You gotta try this course the people are great and the challenge is awesome. Kepp it in play and enjoy.

Green were great. Corse was a little dry due to the drought

The course overall is OK but around the greens they need to get some growth going very baer Plus golf carts could not go in the fairway which I don’t understand why

Course was still recovering from drought and sprinkler issues over the summer but other than that, it was a very fun and forgiving course

This course is very open and forgiving. Good course for beginner/intermediate golfers. This particular season the summer drought had the course only in decent shape and because of that it was car path only which slows down the game for not consistent golfers

Shot 89 Finally , now I can try to get Mid 80's or Not !! The course is playing well, they are Cart Path Only But I understand which is Why The Course Is In Good Shape Compared To last Year or Longer. I was never a Fan Of This Course But The Challenge I enjoy Here. Good Or Bad Playing It's A Challenging Course. 1st Timers May Hate the Course after they play But if you are a fan of a challenges this course will bring back.

Range was closed, tiny putting green.

No one ever said carts were cart path only for all 18 and every group I saw with a cart was all over the course. There was no reason to be cart path only as the course was not wet at all. Early in the back 9, another group yelled over it was cart path only, we assumed they meant for that hole only as there was water. Fine, we drove back to the cart path. A couple holes later a group started yelling at us very aggressively. Thought we were going to throw down! Fine, I hit my shot and drove back to the path. Couple holes later a ranger drove up and threatened to take our key away.

The feeling I got was the members there think they are at Brookline or Winged Foot, except they don't realize that would never happen at Brookline or Winged Foot. The members were very loud throughout the course.

As for the course, it was OK. I hated that just about every hole had an elevated green. And the greens were very inconsistent with speeds. Other than that, it is a nice design and the conditions were all right. Had to move the ball a couple times to find some grass in the fairway, but overall was fine

The feeling from the staff and management was that they only cater to the members and they really do not want/need guests. No longer an issue with me as I will never return.

Pembroke does have a sense of order to it. The CoVid like every other place has been affected by it. With that being said you will still have a good time playing this challenging course. Enjoy!
