Great layout
Sand traps are the worst in the state.
Too much hard pan.
Way to many bare spot areas in what should be rough.
Disappointed!
Great layout and great value
Liked the course a lot. Fairways were burnt out in many places. Greens were in great shape but didn’t always roll true. I’d definitely go back
Can't believe I have I never played this course before!?
Stumbled upon a featured deal on golf now and decided to try Pembroke out for the all you can play $30 twilight deal that they offer every day after 4pm.
I was immediately impressed by the amenities and the look of the course as soon as I got there. I've played some expensive courses in the Boston area that don't come close to this course. Greens/Tee boxes were all pristine and the fairways were some of the fastest I've seen. The course is laid out in a unique way where their are some fun doglegs, forced water carries, and elevation on many holes which make this a fun yet challenging course.
Will definitely be back for the twilight deal as well as invite others for an early AM tee time!
Not as easy as it appears
Looking at the layout it is a rather straight forward looking course. Between distance, doglegs, need for accuracy it can be a bit of work. The greens seem to move fast without the appearance that they do. Well taken care off I will play here as often as possible.
very happy
This course is long and tough , hard ground in a lot of ares but I enjoy playing this course and trying my best to keep under a 100 I shoot a 44 in the front and fell apart in the back, greens played fast and the course is in great shape compared to last year at this time. Its the course I hate but must play because its challenging.
It's a must play for the guy or person 15-20 handicap that enjoys a challenge.
Have fun always and stay in play.

Course is in good shape
The course is in good shape. Nice greens, not burnt out despite lack of rain. Pace of play was great. Solid round of golf, conditions are improved from past years.
First time playing, enjoyable
Good course, long pars and good challenge. Would definitely play here again.
Great course
Very good course, fast greens and overall fun round.
enjoy every time I pay
This course is not one of my favorites but its tough and long but I enjoy the challange evrytime I play here and if I can break 100 I am please bt it got mke this time I shot a 101 but I can tell you its improved over the last time I played but I have not broke 90 here and I enjoy trying.

Better value
Track was not in great shape but that might just be due to it opening only a few weeks with COVID-19. The course lay out is tough, holes really on top of one another and there were constantly golfers from other holes hitting into us. Fairways are tight but fair. The greens were terrible - debris everywhere and made putting really tough. Overall, there are better value options around the area.
unprepared staff
Golf carts were allow on 5/25 on 5/26 they said they still hadn't cleaned the carts...yet while playing the course several carts were on the course...people have been waiting to play golf and the staff here doesn't seem to eager to help out...Jeremy Roenick wouldn't be happy about it.
