Stow North at Stow Acres Country Club

I understand we’re in aa mini drought but the course is just dirt .

Tee boxes crabgrass if any grass at all .

But I will say the greens got watered , but still not cut..

Don’t waste your time or your money.

I highly enjoyed playing this course a second time. Very scorable. Fun to drive these long dog leg par 5s, slightly challenging but mostly fun and relaxing. Very walkable. I got the pleasure of playing as a single and it was a really nice afternoon with no one on the course. Highly recommend giving this course a try but highly suggest walking it, you’ll get more out of the course that way.

Course looks like no one cares anymore

Frankly I cannot believe the charged full price for a round considering how bad it was.

No rain for several days yet there was standing water on several holes. Fairways were in poor shape, tee boxes were awful and the greens were completely neglected. I recommend going somewhere else.

I can’t believe they held a tournament on this course after our round was finished. They should be embarrassed

Good overall course and I’ll be back

but

there’s were 3 holes where the greens were not

available and they placed the pins 10 yards in

front of the greens in the fairway - ugh!!

I’ll play the “South” course next time

I used to really enjoy this course but since Covid it’s sadly deteriorated substantially. The tee boxes have very bizarre placement, the fairways were in awful condition and the greens were unreliable and bumpy. I was disheartened by the change and would not make an effort to return unless the price was substantially reduced.

The golf course is in bad shape, can’t believe it after one ago was in great shape.

Great time playing with friends but the green are in poor condition due to inconsistent of it. Tee box need improvement and house keep around the course needs to be cleaned up.

Price was right on golfnow at 42$ but with lack of rain course was rough except for the greens.nice staff.

Fairways and tee boxes are in horrible condition, can’t find your ball in the rough which slows down the pace of play. Greens were ok but very slow.

Bathrooms need to be maintained.

Overall not worth the cost…

The course is getting in better shape .. greens in south are improving and that’s great news !

Tees we're shabby at many holes, greens filled with unrepaird ball marks. Greens were fast, slow, wet, dry, no consistency. Under those conditions I would not recommend. However, I've been playing both north and south for years and I'll be back, hoping that what I indicated as less than desirable will be rectified. Our foursome was SLOOW due to the fact that the starter paired my twosome with another and they were excruciatingly deliberate on every shot. Would have liked to have seen a ranger to get them going to increase pace, but not one was seen throughout the 4 3/4 hour round.
