Very nice course for a very good price! Staff from the clubhouse to the bar/restaurant were extremely friendly and helpful. We'd play again without question. Need more "The Meadows" clothing. Lots of GVSU stuff. Nice if you went to GVSU, but I went to Ferris State. That is low on the concern scale!

A five some ....?

Course was in excellent condition as the staff have clearly been working very hard getting it in shape for the season. Greens were fantastic, fast and firm and rough is getting thick enough to challenge off line shots.

But a five some? We followed a five some on a crowded course and the ranger never made the rounds. Nice guy who checked us in at the first tee but never bothered to check the pace of play. Had he done so he would have seen The Five holding EVERYBODY up on the back. Had I thought about it I would have taken a pic of The Five and posted it here - certainly had plenty of time while waiting for them to move along. A course of this caliber should never have a five some holding up play.
