West at Warren Valley Golf Course
About
Warren Valley Golf Club in Dearborn boasts two 18-hole courses designed by Scottish architect Donald Ross. The courses are some of Ross' first designs in Michigan. The par-71 West and par-72 East Courses both have traditional layouts that sprawl across rolling hills before settling along the banks of the Rouge River. There are several scenic holes on both courses that play alongside and across the river. The West Course has tree-lined fairways but they are generous and the greens are open and inviting. Tricky doglegs are shaped by the trees or the river. The river comes into play more on this course than the East, on seven holes to be exact. The bunkering is minimal but there is a surprising variety of elevation changes that will keep you on your toes.

Warren Valley
Great course, amenities and service. I play here 1 to 2 times every week.
Great staff and fun course
The most friendly and helpful staff anywhere. It was a fun course to play.
A little slow, but not bad for 4th of July.
Warren Valley West Review
Course conditions were great! However, the front looks very run down and the staff weren’t exactly the most pleasant.
Under Construction
This course is getting renovated. To include the building with a restaurant. They probably did not have to open up the golf course but since there is still work to be done, but they did. Very nice staff and accommodating. It was kind of crowded at the time we went but they kept the pace going. I am sure it is going to be a great course once complete.
Last resort golf course.
Went for 18 and twilight. The price you pay for twilight is basically the same as paying for a full 18. NOT EVEN hot dogs. The group of 4 in front of me literally dropped 2-3 balls a hole and not a single ranger in sight. The greens are ruined on multiple holes. Honestly should cost nothing more than $30 to play here but it’s 50 and you get nothing.
Great course
Lots of work on it. Pointed out dangerous broken tree last time and made it safe.
Still needs help
Greens were nice, fairways okay, needs some leveling, some areas will loosen your teeth.
Maybe come back after the reno is done
Course is being renovated and I bet it'll be awesome when its done but right now its sort of a mess. The started kept sending everyone t 10 so the pace of play was dreadful due to the bottleneck.
Up and comming
Staff was beyond friendly. Lots of work repairing the course. New owners. I will come back,
Good course, slow play
The course itself was a bit challenging with its narrow fairways. Balls came from every direction and people were having to play their ball from the fairway going in the opposite direction. Course was well maintained though.
Play was VERY slow with too many players on the course. We finished with our cart saying we were 45 min behind pace.
Expensive
42 dollars for 9 holes is not reasonable for this course. Id rather go to a Livonia course
Awful
Would not recommend, will not be back. Pace of play and layout was TERRIBLE! Waiting for other ppl to hit on different holes before you can tee off. Slowest pace I've ever played. Grass was so terribly long. Greens were more like the fringe. Fairway was like the rough. If you missed the fairway by 10 feet, bye bye ball. Lost about 10 balls that 3 of us could see exactly where it landed. And Goodluck finding your way to the next tee box. Place is a maze. And for $50?? There's 30 better courses for that price or less.
Staff was awesome though
