Stonehedge North Course at Gull Lake View Golf Club and Resort
About
Situated in the beautiful lake region of southwest Michigan, Gull Lake View Golf Club offers five scenic championship courses. The quality and variety offered by the courses and their convenient location less than three hours from Detroit, Toledo, and Chicago, have made Gull Lake a favorite destination for golfers from all over the Midwest, Great Lakes, and even parts of Canada. It is also only about an hour from Grand Rapids, Lansing, and Fort Wayne. Stonehedge North is the newest of the five courses. The diverse layout combines wide-open holes that play across grassy, windswept meadows with forested holes that feature dramatic elevation changes. The golf course consists of six par 3s, par 4s, and par 5s each, which also makes it an excellent scoring course for all skill levels.

Golfer Reviews
Great conditions, even better course layout
This course is a definate pickup if you see it for cheap, there isn’t a single hol on the course that isn’t a blast to play
Great course with modest difficulty.
One of the best public courses in SW Michigan. Challenging, but not overwhelming. Fairways and greens in immaculare condition.
Well maintained course
Have heard lots of good things about Gull Lake and the 6 golf courses. Found this 9 hole rate with a cart and couldn't pass up $22. It did rain on and off, but the course was in great shape, tees, fairways, and greens. A really pretty course, with a challenging layout, but still plenty of room for some forgiveness. Will definitely play here again when I travel to Michigan.
Best variety in southwest Michigan
Best variety in southwest Michigan you get 6 par 3’s 6 par 4’s 6 pad 5’s ... turn the elevation changes tons of shots were you have to shot shape. Great pro tips on the score cards! Bunkers are maintained well greens roll true! Best course in south west Michigan
Great golf on the North Course!!
Enjoyed playing the North Course for our anniversary! My wife enjoyed the course and shot 109. There is not a lot of forced carries which is nice for women. Greens were in great shape! Golfer friendly!!
Nice course BIG greens
Nice course very friendly and helpful staff. Only downside was the beer cart didn’t make it over to us and the lounge was closed when we finished so other than those minor things we had a great time. Will play again. D
Course was in great shape
We have played here many a times and this course never gets old. Great layout with lots of interesting holes. If you have not played here before you diffently have to give it a try. Look for deals on the internet before hand you might luck out and find a great rate.
Great course for early season golf!
Course was in great shap for a mid March round! Great layout and friendly staff. Well worth the price! Highly recommend!
Another great course from Gull Lake
Front 9 is more open and easier. But then the back 9 is tighter, tougher- more like Stonehedge South. Great condition, challenging and fun. Fall colors were terrific.
Golf round
Great day. The course was in great shape. Play was quick.
Can’t wait to get back.
Gotta love six holes of each.
A public coarse that is in private country club condition. We arrived about 45 minutes early and because the tee box was open we started early and played 18 holes in about 3 hours. The staff was cordial and friendly. We had a great time.
Excellent Michigan Golf
I played Stonehenge North as part of a northwoods Michigan golf swing. This was my first tour sampling northern Michigan golf and Stonehenge North was a welcome addition to the other courses I played.
I liked the arrangement of 6 par 3's, 6 par 4's and 6 par 5's. It gave me practice on each type of hole. The variety of hole lengths for each kept the round interesting.
Just the right amount of water, sand and weeds.
The fairways, greens and rough were in excellent condition. The course layout was challenging enough with the elevation changes and sloped fairways. I played the green tees (about 6,300 yards). I didn't have time to play the four other courses at Gull Lake, and hope to return.
