17th green. Three tiered with two sections guarded by water. You end up on the wrong third of the green and you may have to putt through some fringe or chip over some rough WITH YOUR BALL ON THE GREEN in order to reach the right tier. Photo submitted by BuffaloBen15 on 08/25/2019

friendly staff
Great shape, greens were fast but not too tough for average to above average golfers, pace of play was a little slower but overall was a great course and experience.
Allways a good time
Once again we had a good time at a good, challenging course. I have made a point of playing here 44-5 times a year since it opened
Devils Ridge
Great Course good condition all round, greens were fast and challenging. Played from the black tees which makes some drives long but this is part of the challenge.
Slow Back
Wish Staff would monitor slow groups and recommend Move Forward Policy. Threesome in front of me was playing Black Tee Box and could not hit the ball 150. Erratic shots lead to a ball search on every hole for this group. Never offered to let me play through. Had it not been for that it could have been a great day instead of good.
For those that read this review, please move forward if you are not very good. You will enjoy the game more and so will the rest of us.
Challenging
played this course multiple times as the price is very good
Great course at a great value
Purchased a hot deal for the course for $18. When we arrived their was only 2 single players in front of us, resulting in a fast round. Course was in good condition. Weather was the only downside. Cloudy and windy
The New Devil's Ridge
Several years ago i would only play this course in a scramble outing. There used to be too many tricked up target holes. I think most of those problems have been fixed. The awful par 4 dogleg left has been turned into a par 3 and several holes have widened the fairway to make it more playable. The elevation changes and views on this course are fantastic. Still a very tough course to play for the first time. Greens are tough if you are on the wrong side of the hole. My group is definitely going to keep this course in our rotation.
Tricky course
Be prepared to be tested. There are a few holes that are very difficult due to blind landing areas, so if it's your first time playing , be patient. Course is always in good shape. Greens were smooth for April golf. I just wish someone was at the way half way house to get food since you don't swing back around to the clubhouse until hole 14 I believe.
Devils ridge
Devils ridge is a premium course, I find it challenging. Always a pleasure

Changed the par 4 #10 to a par 3. That was my favorite hole and the toughest!
Pace of play to slow!
We were slowed down by a threesome and we were a foursome with my girlfriend who rarely plays, so I called the pro shop and the guy tells me that the ranger had gone home and that we should skip a hole! We didn't do that because that's not what your suppose to do , the course attendant should came out himself and speed those guys up! I like the course but I won't be coming back.
One of my favorites
Very fun and challenging track. Pace of play is its only drawback but to me it's worth it. The fairways and greens are in excellent shape and the staff is the most friendly around. They will come out at the end of your round, ask you how things went while wiping down your clubs, they definitely try to go the extra mile for you. Some holes have nice views giving you a instant up north feel. Lots of elevations changes make choosing the right club a must. I do wish they didn't change 9 and 10, but I understand why they did it. I play this course about 6-8 times a year, see you again soon!

Great Course - Great Bag Service -
19th Hole Service? NONEXISTENT!! Set there 15 minutes without a single person showing up - we made it known we were there to how ever was in kitchen with no response - We left!! Bring Your Own Lunch I Guess!!

Slow start, speedy finish.
Had a great price with Golfnow! Used my $10 promo code and the course was in Good shape (very GREEN) despite the Hot temps! Front nine was path only and VERY Slow. The back nine was regular 90 degrees and of course played much faster. Service was good and I was surprised cause at times can be very suspect here. I will be back and so should you only with Golfnow pricing however.

Great Course
Great course, very challenging front nine lost about half a dozen balls. Staff very friendly. Beautiful views, would probably be even more beautiful in the fall? Would definitely play course again.
