Great golf professional staff absolutely a must golf destination

Receptive greens but fast

This was first time to play this course, so some difficult where I should hit a ball.

No need of long distance drive, strategy is priority to play.

Will come back in fall season.

We have played Devil's many times over the past 3 years...one of the best values in the Oakland County area. Tee to green has been very good this year...greens in great shape and rolling true. Course recently changed #9 to a par 5 (relatively short...good chance to score) and #10 to a par 3 (this was a tough par 4 with a blind tee shot that has been eliminated...tee is at the top of the hill now for the par 3). If you enjoy a challenging course that is in very good shape and a great value be sure to take the drive up to Devil's Ridge.

First time this year out at D.Ridge. Everything, I mean everything, was in perfect condition. The roughs, fairway, and greens are well maintained. This is also one of the few courses which the women's tees are not an after thought.

Two holes have been changed and the changes were needed. Hole #10 has been shortened to a par 3. All tees have been moved up. The green is still the most difficult green to read.

Hole #9 has been changed to a par 5. All tees pushed back. The first sand trap comes into play more often now.

The traps have new sand which makes them a bit more honest.

Cart person came by often without fanfare or interruption.

I view D. Ridge as one of the best courses is southeast Michigan.

It was ridicukously slow and I didn't really care to see tha changes they are making. One of worst rounds in years in regards to have a nice flow to the round. Waits on every shot and sometimes 10 minutes. Will probably not go back there this year.

Last Minute Golfer during the week. Although my wife doesn't golf I booked a round for 2 golfers so she could come along for the beautiful ride. At only $17/ each online ( Last Minute Golfer)I figured it was the right thing to do.

The course is always in good shape and the staff is always friendly ( Even to Last Minute Golfer Users).

This course has allot of blind tee shots and a few 2nd shots which can be annoying to some golfers. Although I've played the course about 10 times....I still find myself driving ahead of my ball to check out my plan for approach multiple times a round.

However this season changes have been made ( not updated on scorecard) to holes 9 &10 to help speed up play and eliminating one of the most time consuming holes. For a course that has such a Prestigious facade I was surprised that Hot dogs were the only food option in the clubhouse and the turn. The ball washer attached to cart ( no washers on the course) did not have any water?

The Beer cart girl was very friendly and consistent. I also had my clubs washed down after my round by one of the well staffed cart boys. Nice Touch....I'll be back in the fall to check out the view.

Love this course! It's like being up north but not so far up there. Course is awesome and the deal from GolfNow was sick! $18 for 18 holes and a cart. Played here like 10 times and still one of my favorite courses in the area.

Not a straight put to be had. Can be exhausting, but it's such a cool layout you can't resist it.

Course was in great shape for early in the year. The staff was fantastic !

I live just a few minutes away and play this course many times per year. It is hands down the best course in northeastern Oakland county. I love the fact that you cannot use driver on every hole or go for every par 5 in 2. It is a thinking players game. It takes strategy to play well here. You will regret every being above the hole on these greens.

Front 9, challenging, with some water trouble. Scenic course. Back 9 a little easier lots of doglegs, you need a little course knowledge. Nice

Championship course well worth the Drive I live 45 mins away and play there often. Course is always in great shape.

Great course to play. Great scenery especially during the fall. Well groomed and maintain course. Challenging but manageable if you keep it in the fairway. My only problem was it was hard to maneuver around and knowing where to go next and exactly where the fairways were. Lots of dog legs. Will definitely play this course again

I really love playing this track, as the conditioning is exceptional, and I only have 2 major beefs with this place, PACE OF PLAY AND HOLE 10 which is about as unfair as a golf hole can be. No good way to play it, unless of course you have a towering 270 yard sweeping 3 wood draw in your bag and a baby fade knock down wedge that you can pull on a string. In that case your golden. For the rest of us mere mortals take this hole with a grain of salt and enjoy the rest of the course (hopefully with a 5 some because that's the only way you won't be pressing the group ahead).
But for the pace this course would be at least 4 stars.
