I understand inflation and golf rising in popularity and blah blah blah, but anyone willing to pay $55 for this steaming pile of dookie is a lost and desperate soul.
Sylvan Glen Review
Great course - would have been a 5 star course if hot dogs had been available at the turn.
Disappointing!
Charges too much for the kind of course it is and compared to other similar courses around. On top of that there is construction going on and hole 18 is a mess. This course is one of the few courses that doesn't honor any discounts from Golf-Now promotions, hot deals or membership perks.
Customer service is excellent
For a township course it was great. Got rained out and they were very appreciative of customers and took care of everyone. Thank you
We’ll manicured
Course was in great condition especially since it was the beginning of October. Greens were pristine condition. Staff was incredibly friendly. Little pricey at $55 compared to similar courses but overall would recommend. .
Slower play
I really love this course especially the layout. It has not been an issue in the past but the pace of play today was extremely slow. Again did not see that in the past but was slow today
Good course but very crowded and very slow pace of play
We paid for 18 holes and a tee time of 12:45pm. The bar was out of a lot of canned alcohol and we waited for a while to tee off on the first hole. We had to wait on every single hole on the first nine it was past 3:30pm when we finished. We then were going to go inside quickly and get some bottled water and use the restroom. My playing partner was then told that we couldn’t play the other 9 because league play was about to begin but yet we had paid for 18 and kept up with the pace of play as much as we could due to slower players constantly being in front of us. We then were told to hurry up and tee off for the back 9. We also had to wait on every single tee box the rest of the time. At one point we waited 10 minutes to tee off on a hole. We did not finsh 18 holes until 5:30pm. The course was very nice and fun to play but the pace of play was awful and the organization was very poor. Definitely want to try this course again on a less busy day in hopes of faster pace of play and more organization.
