Bay Pointe Golf Club

Very cool layout. Played early in the season, so it was fairly wet but not awful. Pro shop was empty, had to wait around for about 10 minutes for someone to help me check in. Not overly impressed with anything here, but it is definitely worth playing especially if you find a hot deal. It's an enjoyable round, feels kind of cool to play a course that used to be private.

It is a very nice course with amazing price. We plan to play there again.

I truly enjoyed the course. There was a 20 min line on the 1st tee. Everyone decided to play at the sme time. Th course is under some contruction putting in sea walls on all ponds/lakes. Only 1 green was effected overall not to much of a mess. I will be back to golf this course. Very clean, pro shop employee very friendly. I liked the idea that a bucket of balls to warm up on the driving course is included in a round of golf.

I always enjoy playing this course. We're it not for those holes that run along the road it's would be much nicer.

The course is well worth it but the staff was very friendly and helpful. My wife lost her bracelet there and when she called to ask about it they told her it was in the clubhouse and they would hold it for her. Not only friendly but honest! Would definitely recommend this course.

Maintained very well especially for play in November. Course free of leaves no aerated greens which is probably coming soon. Difficult holes but yet very fun to play.

Greens were in great shape considering all the recent rain! This course has a mixture of hole types and pace of play has been good!

They just need to fix a few spots on the cart paths to make this place even better.

Staff was friendly enough, though the starter certainly didn't overdo it. Pace was OK until we made the turn, at which point someone decided it'd be OK to insert a threesome in front of us (a twosome) which, no surprise, slowed our pace considerably.

Lots of places, tee boxes particularly, left us tether exposed to errant shots played from nearby holes. Gilt as though a hard hat might have been a good investment.

Lake view was the best! Condition of the course was good not perfect. There were some wet spots on the fairway. Staff were all so friendly.

course is very player friendly, pretty straight overall. Some water, lots of things to think about. I really liked it, would play again. Not a lot of heather, but have to be careful where you land your shot. Friendly staff, absolutely gorgeous clubhouse.

We had a great time playing this beautiful course. It was a busy day so the speed of play was slow but the scenery provided by the lakes and the great shape of the course made the slow play tolerable. Staff was very friendly. Would have been nice if they were still selling hotdogs at the turn. On such a busy day I'm sure they would have sold a lot and 3 pm is pretty early to stop making hotdogs on a holiday. We will definitely make playing this challenging course a habit.

The course was in great shape from tee to green. Having only two sets of tees made for some challenging holes if you are not a big hitter. Yardages are not well marked (have major yardage markers in the fairway and on the cart path but difficult to see and find). Course management was lacking (did not see a ranger until the 16th hole). Although we played 18 in 4 1/4 hours, we waited on every tee shot and most second/third shots. Would recommend if you have never played before but I probably won't play a second time.

it was a busy post league round so we expected the slower pace for sure.

Guy in the shop was a bit flustered with the amount of people in the shop, looks like he was checking golfers in and slinging hot dogs and filling beers etc. could have used some help but he had a good attitude about it.

Good mix of holes on the back nine, not too tricked out but some doglegs and tee shots you had to think about. Can't say too many good things about the greens. Good job superintendent.

Pretty straight forward with a few holes that have moderate carry over hazards. Nice greens with opportunities to score if you hit greens in reg.. Played as a single so catching groups out in front was bound to happen. Passed two courteous groups but finally settled in behind a threesome and took my time. Walking is a option because it is so flat.

My brother and I really enjoyed ourselves!!!

Course was great!! Maybe a little tight on some holes, but would play it again in a heart beat!

Beautiful surroundings except for the traffic on the 2 roads on a couple of holes.

I've driven by this course many times and my opportunity to play here this week arrived. Hot deal made it very affordable. Course was a bit wet in spots but really in great shape for the end of March in Michigan. Staff was very friendly plus they provide free range balls for practice just steps from the Pro Shop. I look forward to playing here again when everything has grown in and the weather is warmer.
