Headwaters Golf Club

Was up near Park Rapids on a company retreat and we had some spare hours available, took 7 members of our team to golf. Great practice facility and comfortable gathering area around the club house. Course was in very good shape for late-September, greens were rolling consistently, and enjoyed the layout of the course. If this course was closer to the Twin Cities I would play it regularly. If you find yourself up near Park Rapids don't hesitate to book a round at Headwaters, you won't regret it.

I can not say enough positive things about this course. The fairways are like carpet! Be sure to hit ‘‘em straight to you can experience the fairways 😉

This was our first time at this course. We really liked the layout and how well the greens were kept! I would recommend this place to other golfers. The only thing is that for a new golfer the pace of play would be a little rushed. I had one new golfer with me and we felt rushed due to others behind us.

Headwaters is by far the nicest course in this area. Beautiful holes and conditions and value for the money. Only downside this day was an unadvertised tournament that had a very adverse effect on the pace of play. Sometimes there were 3 groups waiting on a hole! It’s not usually like this, if it was I wouldn’t have given it a 5.

One of the nicest courses I have ever played. I’ve played in CO, Hawaii, Bully Pulpit. Just saying!😎. I/we will definitely be back!

Very nice golf course. Very fast greens. Fairways were perfect. All 4 of us enjoyed it. I hope to be back soon.

This place is absolutely amazing. The golf course is one of the best courses in the state. Tee boxes,fairways, greens are just perfect. The greens roll true and fast. Then the new update to the clubhouse and that amazing patio with the outside bar just put this place over the top! Can't wait to come back!

Great course for vacationing families. Challenging but very playable. One of the most beautiful courses I have played.

Headwaters is one of the best courses I play in MN! The fairways are generous and you can find your ball if you do hit it in the woods. The greens are quick but rolled true. The new patio is a great place to have a beverage after the round. I highly recommend it!

Course and staff were awesome. Other golfers did not keep a very good pace of play, nor did they let others play through.

I love playing Headwaters golf course. Overall I still think it’s the most beautiful course in this whole area of northern Minnesota. The holes are challenging enough for good players and very playable for those who are mediocre golfers. A cold beer in the remodeled bar area is a great way to end the round!
